Waited 40 minutes for a single person tableā¦ itās game day, understandable.. Ordered breakfast. Food came out quick and looked good when it hit the table. Reached to grab a slice of bacon and it was fresh out the cooling drawer. Zero heat at all. Asked the waitress for a side plate and to please ask the cooks to throw it in the microwave to warm it up. When she came back the bacon was burnt to a crisp. I wouldnāt have even brought that to the table. I donāt mind paying $22 for breakfast, if the quality you expect from this brand is there. But we definitely donāt serve inedible food, especially if someone has already had an issue with the meal. Overly unimpressed with this location. First time I ever had a bad meal at a First watch. No desire to come back to this one.

Yāall need help. Came back here to eat in person after receiving 20$ gift cards because my prior to go order experience was so bad. I was treated as if I was a ghost and mind you there were only 3- 4 tables of people during that time. The place was empty. Yet I didnāt receive syrup for my pancakeā¦ had to flag someone down after 10 mins of jt coming out. Also had to wait 10-15 to flag someone down for a box, yet other peoples tables were being asked if they needed a box. Also was rushed with my check being given to me 5 mins after my food came out. And then it took 5-10 for someone to ring me out when there was only 1 party left inside š¤¦āāļø. I still tipped but man I wanted to my prior experience redeemed but yāall failed completely! I will be telling people to never go here.
