I'm not one to be sold on cooked meals, especially with how expensive they can be. However, fit fresh is not only super delicious and a variety every week they're reasonable in price. Three babies later and have no time. This has helped me save time, stress-free, and so far with I think a month of being on it I've lost 10 lb. They always have really good and fresh food.
