To start off I want to emphasize that I live in Cincinnati so it's already a 1 hr 45 min drive out to Fitzy's in Columbus. I called twice to verify hours because online and google it says that they are open. once I got out here though I quickly learned that they were closed due to water problems. I understand that life happens but you still have to find ways to let your customers know that hey we aren't open today.

This is my most favorite breakfast diner ever I always get the steak fried eggs fried potatoes with onions always cooked to perfection with a huge portion of food friendly service no long wait I give this diner a 5star plus I go every other Monday whole the wait 🦋

On Sunday 2-22-2026 I saw an Internet ad pop up on the phone. Seemed interesting and a place I might like. Decided to visit around lunchtime Monday.

First impressions and curb appeal are critical. My first observation was that the small strip shopping center was run down looking. Parking lot snow ice covered. Few cars around at lunch. Hard to tell if the restaurant was open. Interior dark. Windows looked dirty and there was a dim Open sign.

Nothing that looked appealing. Paused a moment to put other restaurant directions in the phone and off I went.

Which means the above stars of evaluation were given after driving by.

Our first visit and we will be returning often. Our waitress was very pleasant and attentive. The small diner atmosphere is relaxing and inviting. The food arrived quickly, was hot and looked well put together. I highly recommend Fitzy's to anyone who wants a delicious meal and delightful diner atmosphere!!!

Been going here a little over a year now (I live close) and it’s always been really pleasant :) everyone is very nice and the food has pretty much always been exactly what I wanted it to be. Prices are very reasonable and the quality of the food always goes beyond the cost. If you want classic American breakfast or a solid sandwich, Fitzy’s doesn’t disappoint

Great food and very friendly staff. The prices are good and the portions are large, I always bring something home. The coffee is good and hot, and I love the different mugs they have.

Everything is good but the cook not really friendly ( a guy )
