I placed a pick up order on the app and arrived a little bit after the estimated wait time. When I arrived the cashier was talking on the phone and had to wait couple minutes before he hung up. I told him I’m here to pick up my order and came to find out it hasn’t even been started yet. I was the only customer and he gave me an attitude. Got my order but realized it was incorrect as I walked out to my car. I didn’t want to deal with that guy again so I just went on my way. Overpriced food and rude staff. Only went to five guys because I had a credit with them and wouldn’t visit again.

Fav burger spot of all time. However, this was my first crappie burger from five guys (11/10/24 4:30p on w 5th). Surprisingly disappointed.
It's your typical five guys, friendly staff who get your order quickly and it's tastes just how you'd expect it! Always an excellent guilty pleasure of a meal with a burger and fries, but don't be afraid to get a little burger, the single patty goes just as far.
A highlight of course beyond the burgers and fries, they have the freestyle drink machine.
Parking: There is a lot out front that is frequently full with the other businesses in the Plaza. There is parking lot behind and available along the side streets however.

Dominiqua was very friendly and definitely keeping it together despite how busy it was. We got carry out and the burgers were excellent. Our order of fries seemed much smaller than we have ever received & we only received 1 of our milkshakes. After we had already waited for a while for what we received, my friend regretfully rationalized that he doesn’t really need the shake & our food would be cold.

Customer Service Superb! We got the cajun fries which were over seasoned and hard to eat because of that but otherwise everything was delicious. I loved watching the staff work together as a well oiled machine!
