This Five Guys location is always top-notch! The restaurant is very clean, the food is consistently amazing, and the staff is some of the friendliest around. I work near by and come here at least twice a week for lunch. At this point, the whole team knows me, and they’re already waiting with my order by the time I get to the counter. That kind of service really makes you feel welcome. Definitely one of the best Five Guys locations I’ve been to!

Had lunch Grandview Five Guys. Hamburg hot and flavorful. Fries well done as ordered.Great service considering my husband had to add bacon after the associate had totaled our order. He didn’t skip a beat just re-entered as needed for the new total. Every table inside and out was clean and so was the woman’s bathroom.

The staff was super nice to me, especially when there was a bit of a delay in getting me my food. I never mind waiting a few extra minutes, but I appreciated the courteous behavior and thoughtfulness!
The food was made well, but the wait was longer than you'd like. Staff was respective and nice, they even offered me a drink while I waited. It was also clean which is great. Overall a good experience, just would have liked yo not been in there 40 minutes.

Inflation exists in America, but paying a smaaaaaall hamburger( without fries) 🍔 $9 is exaggerating. I was shocked by the prices!!!!!! Please don't waste your money, go eat healthy and lass expensive.

if you're waiting for a pickup order, you need to stand RIGHT IN FRONT OF the counter or else they'll forget you're there and let your food get soggy as it sits and waits for no reason
