Please check your burgers before eating,had a burger that was pink. Update I got ecoli.

I'm from Washington DC, I've been eating at five guys since they were invented. I've never ordered a large fry and received this. Maybe it's just the crew working at 5 on a Saturday, maybe they're just skimpy and stingy, but this is unacceptable. I almost marched back in there and asked for more, but decided to just warn others instead. A large fry costs ten dollars and is usually enough food to feed 4 people. The bag should be heavy and soaked in oil. What they gave me is smaller than a McDonald's fry. Avoid this location at all costs!

This place was so below average, for a place that charges double what every other burger place in the country charges I’d expect more, besides the food being aggressively sub par and they charged us for fountain water??, soggy undercooked mush fries and a mid burger, which they messed up the topping on on both mine and my partners, We will NEVER be coming back and I encourage you to find literally ANYWHERE else in the mall to eat,

I’m genuinely disgusted with my recent experience. Normally, I look forward to getting your fries overflowing in the bag, but this time, I got only what barely fit—and to make it worse, my drink wasn’t provided or even offered. To top it off, the fries were soggy and undercooked. This used to be my go-to spot, especially after a long night, but after that disappointing experience, I’m better off taking my business to another burger place.

One if the worst Five guys i have ever been to. Tables were dirty with crumbs and long hair on them. Staff was standing behind the counter talking. No shakes are served there, and i do not even want to mention the non existing peanuts. All around made a really nasty impression.

The manager was rude to an employee in front of so many of us customers. She's literally yelling at him. I don't care what he did you take your employee to the back and talk to them. How rude to do that in front of your customers as well as other employees. And every time she turned around to yell at him she stopped making the customers burgers so it made all of our wait longer.

We just visited The Easton Mall Five Guys, my wife placed the order for our family. A few minutes later the fire alarm went off in the mall and everyone was being evacuated. We asked the manager three times if we could just have a refund because everyone was being asked to leave. The manager denied us a refund and told us we could find somewhere else to eat it. The food was not done, so she was refusing a refund and holding us to wait for food during an emergency. During this she told another she could “take her order, it was probably just a false alarm.” This is a blatant disregard for the safety of the customers and the employees of this location. I saw employees from other businesses evaluating. The female manager I spoke to was very rude, raising her voice at me and her tone, not because I was rude, but because I wanted a refund, which I had every right to in a emergency situation. When we checked the food my daughter’s burger was dripping in ketchup, it wasn’t even supposed to have ketchup. But it looked like the manager squirted a lot of ketchup on it to intentionally ruin it out of anger. The other food had wrong and missing toppings. This manager had an excellent opportunity to win the customer, but she chose to win the argument. I have been such a fan of Five Guys, but after this incident I could never eat at an establishment that puts dollars over safety and treats customers poorly.

It’s 11:11 and the doors aren’t open. Guys in there opening up packages of buns with his back to us. Never acknowledged us. So no, they are not open at 11 AM maybe 11:15 or 11:30 but not 11:00. Too many other places to eat here so if we go, maybe next time?

I have a gluten allergy and the staff was very dedicated to keeping me safe. The lady (didn't catch her name) was super friendly and cautious throughout the whole process. She was smiling, friendly and had a little dance to her step as the music played. It made the atmosphere better. I literally got back to the table and said this was by far the best 5 guys experience I've ever had. That lady was SO nice!

Dietary restrictions: Very well done on lettuce wrap, switching gloves for gluten allergy
