Best people and great customer service. We were there during a busy Saturday, and these workers were amazing!!!!Food was on point too!!!!We've been to several Five Guys across multiple states and this was the best experience we've had.

Food was as expected. The wait was really bad. Ordered at 1:10 pm and didn’t get my bacon burger until 1:40 pm. I thought about getting a refund and just walking away, but I had already waited too long. Everyone but the cashier had no sense of urgency, and they had a guy cleaning and walking around as if there weren’t orders to be made. The “manager” apologized for my wait, and said that he wanted me to have fresh food. Every time I’ve had five guys it’s been fresh so I knew that was just a bogus excuse. I’ll be back the next time I want to burn 30 minutes and watch a staff walk around cluelessly.

Bacon burger was good. Even the small size with potatoes is too much.

Ordered a burger, Cajun fries, and a drink $23, they gave me regular fries, I went back to the counter and the cashier was going to give me a new fry because it wasn’t correct, (cajun instead of regular) when the supervisor (Juke Green) was notified he came out and said he would not give me the order of fries because the cost of replacing the fries is too expensive and that I would have to buy a new one…I stated the order was given to me incorrectly in the first place and he said he could not give me another fry. I asked for the manager of the location and the supervisor said the manager (Justin Hurt) was not in, he has many locations and I asked when he would be in the next time and they told me they do not know and maybe he is on vacation for the next month and that I can just fill out a complaint online. Clearly they did not want to help me and I even heard one of the employees say I was trying to get a free fries, I was not trying to receive a free fry as I had the incorrect order in my hands with the fries to return, this level of customer service is terrible, they made the order wrong and made me order another fry at $8; instead of replacing them. Will not go here again! ***** (Names of supervisor and manager given, they did not have a name tag so unable to verify if correct)

This made me sad. I got some little cajun fries and they were good. However the burger (a little cheeseburger all the way) tasted exactly like a Burger King Whopper. Burger King sucks and I just paid roughly 9$ for a whopper.I won't be coming back haha.

Stopped by on a morning walk for a beverage, and the staff was really receptive and kind. They were laid back but hard working. I also love their staff's social presence and sense of humor. Made my day.

Not sure what the hype is for this place. Been there once, no more.

Horrible food and slow service. The burgers were horribly made and the sodas were flat. This is a bad Five Guys location. Go elsewhere and get a better burger and service.

Good burger, over salted fries, and way overpriced. Got a decent cheeseburger which is always good. But for $17 a cheeseburger and medium fries is ridiculous at a fast food place, especially when the fries are so over salted you can't even eat them. The salt literally fell off the fries when you would pick them up. Don't think I'll be back.

The team opening the Easton location on 6/8 were SO kind and took my gluten/wheat allergy seriously. They changed their gloves countless times to ensure no cross-contact and really made me feel like they took care to give me a safe experience. Thank you guys, you are awesome!Dietary restrictions: Gluten/wheat allergies/celiac friendly
