“Two out of the last five times, this franchise has shorted me a patty on my takeout order. I contacted the corporate office to register a complaint and received no response. What’s even more frustrating is the tipping culture where we’re expected to tip in advance of service—I tipped these folks in good faith, only to be let down repeatedly. This is unacceptable. Take my advice: always check your order before leaving, because apparently, quality control and customer service are not priorities here. And please do not use ChatGPT to respond to reviews. It demonstrates lack of sincerity. At least take the time to craft a response. Pathetic
