I really like five guys but today my service was terrible. It is a very hot day so i ordered a milkshake and it was warm. And I think the worker already knew because he said the machine wasn't on.

I must say the young fella who took me and my mothers order was very kind and thorough in his presentation of the menu we knew nothing about it was our first time eating there and he was such a nice guy i wish i could of got his name however we thank you bunches! The food was super delicious!

What’s even more frustrating is the tipping culture where we’re expected to tip in advance of service—I tipped these folks in good faith, only to be let down repeatedly. This is unacceptable. Take my advice: always check your order before leaving, because apparently, quality control and customer service are not priorities here. And please do not use ChatGPT to respond to reviews. It demonstrates lack of sincerity. At least take the time to craft a response. Pathetic
