I just had the greatest service at the Hamilton Road, Gahanna, location. A young girl and guy were working there today and they were the sweetest! They exceeded any customer service expectations I could have had. Their attitude and disposition was contagious. I left with a huge smile on my face and the burger and fries are fantastic!

Frequent visitors of five guys on road trips, this was one of those occurrences. Today, this place rocked it, food was amazing and the service was fantastic. Like honestly, any higher ups reading this, the staff that was working today was fantastic and special shout out to jade! Couldn’t have been more perfect of a visit! 1000/10 would recommend!
The Fiive Guy crew were great. Greeted us when we walked in and the burgers and fries were delicious.Good location as well.

The burgers at this particular Five Guys location are not bad, though I had better in other locations. The strawberry shake I ordered was badly made, probably too quickly. As a result, it had big chunks of strawberry floating on the bottom of the cup. You could barely suck them through your straw. If you like chunky-moothies, you are going to love this place. The fries were soggy. The service lacks in fundamentals. Although seemingly friendly, it turned out not so friendly at the end. When I ordered my burgers, no one asked what toppings I wanted (they ask at other locations). I presumed they would put all of them in--but no. I received dry hamburgers with no toppings. Is there anyone who likes burgers like that? Hey, Five Guys, you need to train your employees better. Finally, the atmosphere or vibe was alternative-urban-inner city. I do not recommend this location.
