Maybe it wasn't quite a five on the food quality but it wasn't enough to take away a star on their review. I love the food was very very hot I prefer my food to be so high they can burn you if you're not careful. It's always very fresh and hot at five guys. I appreciate that. I knew their fries were good just because you hear from people but they actually taste like potatoes which is good

The stuff are beyond horrible We ordered food and they took forever plus they were soooo annoyed and not welcoming at all We were supposed to eat there but they took too long to serve us and they were about to close so they packed our food to go And they keep saying we are closing. Honestly I would never eat there again And I advise you not to go there!
I hope the manager or someone who cares can read this and make a change to the stuff before he looses all his clients

The staff are horrible. We are here right now, me and my friends came in, and they got all 4 of our orders wrong. They all put no cheese on all our burgers. They gave my friend a plain patty with one sorry piece of barely cooked bacon. We ordered a Cajun fry and the seasoning was dreadful. They barely put a spec on that thing. I would’ve preferred a bare, rotten, tasteless potato from a random field. The heavy set one was laughing and screaming the entire time. The one with the old braids was doing nothing but playing. Trust me, I get hating food service, I’d hate my life too. But all 4 orders no cheese and scraggly bacon? This entire experience was treacherous . Them “cheeseburgers” looked tired.

I absolutely love their french fries and their shakes I just wish they had a chicken sandwich or some other type of Sandwich not the veggie sandwich though because that's nasty LOL

Ordered online for pickup via website, nearly an hour before it was cancelled. Called and was told it was taken by someone else, I was told I would have to reorder. I never received refund on the purchase, no apology, nothing. Will never be ordering from this location again.
