BBITW Best Burger In The World Really friendly and classy workers. I've seen them helping each other out and never seen a 5 guy/gal showing a grumpy mood. You guys kick ass!

It wouldn't be fair for me to rate the atmosphere because we were the only two there and after we got the bill I understood why we got two hamburgers and two fries and one milkshake 44.00 the hamburger halfway through was just falling all apart because the bread was soaking wet the french fries after about the first three or four that was on the top they were horrible and the whole ordeal was just a disappointment but I will say the staff was amazing they were friendly it didn't take long for the food to come out but we were the only two there it was definitely my first and last time I never had a $22 hamburger and fry it didn't come with a napkin and a sit down atmosphere I'm still a little lost on The Five Guys thing because there was only three people there and two of us girls so I just didn't get the whole Five Guys theme Whitney was to say it just was not worth the money and I won't make that mistake again

Food was really good atmosphere nice and clean friendly as well. But I ordered a milk shake and the machine wasn't working right so instead they gave me a large drink and my 5$ back for the inconvenience nice place highly recommend.

Does not make delivery orders ready on time for their scheduled pick-up.
Not only do they refuse and fail to START the fries before you are in the store READY TO PICKUP.... It took them 20+ minutes to cook one hotdog. When I was the only customer.

I watched the workers just not care. My fries were soggy & burgers were not great. i wasn't sure why it was so bad when no one was there.
This just became our new favorite Five Guys! Team was super helpful & nice. Store was so clean. Patio was a great atmosphere on a warm night. Highly recommend this location!

Food is overpriced and beyond greasy. The bag my food was in was so saturated with grease the bottom fell apart and I dropped my fries all over the back parking lot. Manager Megan T had an attitude. She acted as if she was having a bad day and didn't want to be there. They must not value professionalism and curtousy at this location. Will not frequent this location again! Food is too pricey and the service is terrible. Go elsewhere, do your wallet a favor. Your customers are the backbone of your business, without them you wouldn't have a business.! Word!
