I recently visited Flip Side in Easton and had an excellent experience. I came alone and sat at the bar, where I was greeted warmly by multiple staff members. Everyone was friendly, and the atmosphere was very pleasant.
The bartender chatted with me about my taste in beer and offered a few samples—the lager stood out as excellent. For food, I let her decide and she recommended Shawn’s Burger with truffle fries. The burger was one of the best I’ve ever had, and the fries were fantastic. She even brought a couple sauces to try, which were delicious, though the fries really stood on their own.
Beyond the food and drinks, the staff’s attentiveness stood out. The bartender was friendly and welcoming, and I loved the touch of greenery throughout the restaurant. Everything was very clean, and paying my bill on my phone was quick and convenient.
Overall, Flip Side is a gem. Between the outstanding food, excellent service, and great atmosphere, I would highly recommend stopping in if you’re ever in Easton.

Giving 5 stars, but the cooks don’t listen. Nothing against the girl who took my order—she got it right. I specifically asked for no LTOP, and she recorded it correctly, but the kitchen still prepared it wrong. One item had onions, and another had shallots, even though I requested neither. The “Say Cheese” burger doesn’t even come with shallots, so I’m not sure why they were on there.

We both ordered burgers and sweet potato fries. Asked for light seasoning on the burgers and that's exactly how they came out. We had asked for crispy sweet potato fries and they came out very mushy. Our server was the bartender, and he was very quick to go get us another batch. They were darker on the outside, but still very mushy inside. If you like sweet potato fries I would not order them here. They're just too thick to be cooked properly. It was definitely one of the better burgers we've had anywhere, so next time we're in the area we would definitely go back, just get a different side.

We were in the area for 5 nights and ate here twice. The burgers are phenomenal.
I had the Flipside burger the first night and the One Red Door the second. My husband had the Forester both nights and loved it, and he’s super picky. My son went with the Smash burger and thought it was great. Other family had Shawn’s burger and the Chili Pepper Burger and were also happy. Truffle fries are so delicious!
The first night, our service was fine. The second night, it was a bit slower. I was disappointed that I couldn’t buy a sticker that they have displayed in a case in the lobby.

What a pleasant surprise to have discovered this restaurant as we visited Columbus from Michigan. Located in a large outdoor mall, with high-end stores. We had the best seat in the house because we reserved a seat online before arriving. A small booth with curtains on the front. The only booth in the dining area. My husband and I got the strawberry mash mule cocktail to start, yummy. He got a burger (which they’re known for). I got the fried chicken breast over Mac and cheese. Everything was delicious. I especially enjoyed the panko-style coating on the chicken. The Mac and cheese could have had a tad more cheesy flavor, but it was still delicious. We’d highly recommend this place! Our server, Amanda, was outstanding. She was extremely attentive and friendly. Ask for her, if you go. The manager definitely does a great job of getting people in and out. It was very crowded on a weeknight. Can only imagine the weekend. Families, couples, people of all ages.

This was a great experience. The music was the first thing I noticed. What a great Playlist. So much fun! I got the smokey burger. It was soo good an juicy. My husband had the forester and if you like mushrooms this burger is awesome. All the food came out fast and we never had to ask for a refill. Best service ever from Dylan! He was super nice! Love this place. We will be back.
