First time trying out fufu and not sure what the dish I had with it was called but 10/10 would recommend this place! It was amazing I will definitely be returning…. Keep up the good work and save me some ox tails for the next time!!!

absolutely no flavor in the oxtail Fufu for what oxtail I did have in there there's no meat whatsoever doesn't make sense.... No bread or anything with the goat pepper soup they don't even give out any utensils plantains burnt I mean Jesus for 70 bucks what a rip off

I made a purchase on 5/23/2025, at around 5:30 pm, for Egusi Soup and pounded yam. I even uploaded a picture of the meal after it arrived on doordash. After consuming the food, approximately 30 minutes later, I experienced stomach upset, followed by diarrhea. Unfortunately, as of today, 05/26/2025, I continue to experience persistent diarrhea and vomiting. This incident appears to be a case of food poisoning, which has not only caused discomfort but also rendered me unable to retain any food or liquids. My overall health has deteriorated significantly, leaving me weak and fatigued. Despite my efforts, I am compelled to visit the restroom frequently to alleviate my symptoms. A visit to the pharmacy yielded no relief, as I was advised that the food poisoning must run its course and be flushed out of my system. If my condition worsens, I have been informed that I should seek emergency medical attention at the ER. Notably, I have previously consumed African cuisine from various restaurants without incident. Food poisoning is not something that feels great on someone's insides, it makes you feel extremely uncomfortable and your guts feel like someone is tying and squeezing them together. Therefore, I urge you to investigate this matter, discard any contaminated food if any and utilize this feedback as an opportunity to improve your food quality and safety protocols. Hopefully it’s better the next time around if I am to make another purchase but for now I am disappointed.

this was my husband and i’s first time trying nigerian food and had been wanting to try for a long time. we came from out of town and decided to pick this spot as it was on our way home. the egusi with goat and fufu was DELICIOUS! reasonably priced and was large enough portion to be both our lunch and dinner. service was friendly. i will be dreaming about this food and can’t wait to go back next time we are in town!

On the Jackson tour I got the stewed chicken meal and the Nigerian goat meal and oh man was I swept off of my feet!! They were cooked to perfection and so flavorful. 🥘😊🙌🏽 The jollof rice was so good, cabbage was good and the ripened plantain was great!! Very friendly, I ordered and was out within 10 minutes. 10/10 recommend! I'll definitely be visiting in Detroit here soon!!

I had the opportunity to check out the Fork in Nigeria food truck for lunch today. I was very impressed! I wanted to try everything on the menu but settled on the Classic Goat Fufu meal with Egusi, an order of Puff Puffs, and Zobo Tea. Everything was absolutely delicious and I can't wait to try it again!
