Driest French Toast I have ever had. Bacon slices are shaved so thin that they resemble paper. Tea selection sucks. Not a fan of kids coloring on every wall. You can find better in Bexley.

Bagels are just like what you get in New York but a little smaller. Many places claim to have New York style bagels, but these are the real deal. The tuna and whitefish salads are excellent too.
What did you do to the challah? Someone changed the recipe or didn't use the right one. I've been purchasing this product for over 30 years and was very disappointed with my last purchase. It was dense, not soft. The flavor was not the same. They never should have sold this particular loaf of challah, if nothing else but to keep your reputation. Audry would not approve! 💔

Today was my second time coming to this place and I only did that because I needed to take my medicine and it was the closest thing to me. My first experience was awful as well as this one, the customer service or the lack there of is terrible. When you walk in, no one says hi. But everyone spoke to the Caucasian gentleman that walked in after me, though SMH same type of experience, I had the first time except for they acted like they didn’t see me standing in line when a Caucasian gentleman came and got in front of me so I just didn’t get anything at all. I just left. I will never come here again no matter what the food taste like no napkins in my bag or anything, they acted like they really didn’t wanna serve me at all.

First visit did not disappoint. My bagel was great and the hubs had the bacon + sausage + egg + cheese bagel breakfast and it looked amazing and he said it tasted delicious too.

I recently went to the location in the North Market and typically my experience is great- personable workers, good food, good price. So mind you i have hearing issues and sometimes I need things repeated. The lady at the counter was so rude to me two or three times when I had to ask her to repeat herself. You guys definitely lost a customer in me today.
