I live close by and am able to walk. The bagels are really good, almost as good as the bagels in NY. The only con, is that the service is slow and the line is long.

Dietary restrictions: I love their selections of pork alternatives for breakfast meat. It's so hard to find good pork free breakfast and they do it right ?

It probably won't affect too much, but this place never answers the phone. I ordered a Platter with cheese eggs, I didn't select any cheese. But I wanted to be sure. I waited, tried to order a few hrs. later an no-one still answered the phone. That's just BAD customer service.

fox’s bagels used to be blocks bagels. I am from the East Coast, therefore, no stranger to a good bagel. These bagels are decent. Good size, crunchy crust, not too dense. I recommend getting bagels to go! Great to eat at home. I ordered breakfast sandwiches while there with my Dad, it took nearly 30 minutes for them to get us our food, and the place was empty. I wouldn’t normally complain about anything like that, but I’ve eaten there before, and it never took that long. My bagel tasted very, very salty. Also, workers at the counter looked miserable & that reflected in the service.

This could be the worst dining experience everWaiting nearly 1/2 hour for in store order as pickup’s and door dashes came in and outWhen I talked to manager was given nothing but lip. She basically said **** off and go to website to talk to ownerHighly suggest forget this place

Unfortunately, since the name changed so has the customer service. It is absolutely atrocious. I never had to tell Blocks double toasted because they didnt take your bagel right out of the basket, throw cream cheese on, and like the rude employee said" put it through 1 time". 1 time is CLEARLY mot enough. We spent almost $60 for bagels that tasted out the bag from Krogers. Been eating there for years will NEVER go back. I need BLOCKS back! Whoever is the new owner needs to check their staff. Your staff talks to very unprofessionally. They need retrained, especially one in particular and im sure you guys know who it is without me naming them. That tells you something.

It took over 35 minutes for me to get a toasted bagel with plain cream cheese. I understand that you guys are busy but 35 minutes for a toasted bagel is extremely uncalled for. As soon as this became foxes bagels, I feel like the service went downhill Immensely. The food is still okay, alittle saltier than before. But I hardly want to eat here if I have wait 35 (This is not an exaggeration) for a toasted bagel…. Let’s also not forget to mention after the switch over the bagels definitely went down in sized. Unfortunately I won’t be back or able to call this bagel place anymore.

Hate to do this. Not even close to as good as it was when it was Block's it's a shell of its former self. Sad to say I gave it three chances and it was bad every single time, I will now go elsewhere for bagels and breakfast. R.I.P.

Coworker brought the bagels in to the office. Tried a couple of different bagels and generally unimpressed. Apple and cinnamon bagel tasted the same as the honey wheat. Kind of flavorless in general, other than the burnt/bitter taste of dry+chalky cinnamon that topped the first bagel.I'll stick to bagels from The Lox

Ordered through DoorDash. The chicken salad had WAYYY too much salt in it. All I could taste was salt. This needs to be improved, I couldn’t even take another bite. Lunch ruined ?

My husband and I have been visiting since 2018. You could say we’re regulars, even after moving across town. Staff, quality of food and service, and overall good vibes has been excellent since day one and continues to be excellent.
