Fox’s Bagel & Deli inside North Market is a great spot. The bagels are really good, and I’ve tried a couple sandwiches and liked them a lot. Prices are solid, and the meat quality on the sandwiches is good.
The only thing keeping this from five stars is service inconsistency. I’ve had five-star visits where I’m greeted with a smile and even remembered from prior weeks, but I’ve also had visits where the person taking my order had headphones on, mis-entered part of my order, and sighed when I asked for the pickle that was missing. If the service was consistent, I’d give this five stars.

The young man at the counter was very kind and polite but the two women that were back there this morning were terrible. Their customer service is zero stars and also I couldn’t stand here. I can’t stand there and what does it matter where I put the trash as long as it goes in the trashcan and I spent my money there had no problem spending my money there and left a tip but had I know that they were gonna be discussing the Nasty like that I wouldn’t have left a tip nor would I have shopped with you guys.

Food was barely average but the service was SLOW and the staff was rude and short tempered. Makes you feel like it’s a bother that we’re buying their food. Avoid this place. There are too many other (better) options in this market. Another customer had questions and I watched in shock as they just ignored her. Seriously, they acted like customers were getting in their way.

Way too much butter and cream cheese on our bagels. I had to scrape off what felt like a whole stick of butter and it still tasted like there was too much butter. I couldn't even eat it because it was so soaked in butter.

The staff are very friendly and approachable, and the food was DELICIOUS. I’m fairly new to the Columbus area and will 100% be coming back to this location, the 2 egg platter looked just as good as it tasted. If I could give this crew more than 5 stars I absolutely would; 11/10 would recommend!

My friends and I got sick an hour after eating here. I've been fighting the urge to vomit for hours now- idk if it was the everything bagel, the turkey or cheese or what but nothing here was worth getting food poisoning over.
Edit: food poisoning symptoms can start as early as 30 minutes after eating contaminated food.

I recently went to the location in the North Market and typically my experience is great- personable workers, good food, good price. So mind you i have hearing issues and sometimes I need things repeated. The lady at the counter was so rude to me two or three times when I had to ask her to repeat herself. You guys definitely lost a customer in me today.
Best bagel spot in Columbus! Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about their craft! I eat here nearly every day.

Easily the slowest and rudest people working at the north market. If you want to wait forever for a mediocre bagel while also being treated horribly do I have a place for you. They closed early, switched the lights off in front of everyone and told a family with children they were closed at 5. Except it wasn't 5. Total trash

Excellent staff with impeccable hygiene. The gentlemen with the beard and hood (who I belive is a member of a cult) explained all the bagels to me in detail. Great food and a great experinace.

Long waits, unfriendly, unwelcoming staff. A friend recommended this place and while the food was good, the stand-offish dismissiveness of some staff was really disappointing. Waiting 23 minutes for a plain breakfast bagel was absolutely not worth it. The lack of hygiene amongst staff bothered me - preparing and cooking food wearing outdoor clothing without coverings? Some basic infection control training would make this a safer place to eat.
