I eat here a lot since I work right next to it. I love how their customer service is always awesome and they keep the place well organized all the time. Rates are fair and they serve large portions.

Disappointed that this place is closed. I LOVE Big boys...and this is literally the only FAMILY sit down restaurant besides Fitzy's that's close to a Mom and Pops place. I miss those. There's too many mexican restaurants where I'm at and not enough home cooking ones. I'm going to miss this place and their delicious food.

No more Fricsh's for us. Breakfast buffet bar was pretty empty, kids making messes all over the food bar, and what was on the bar appeared old and cold. Horrible experience .

Terrible service. I can’t even explain how unbelievably rude the management is here. Multiple parties waiting in line to be seated, 3 mobile delivery workers including myself have been waiting for over 20 minutes, none of us were even greeted or acknowledged. The cook back there working his a** off and all of the food just sitting there with no one touching it. The place is borderline empty, the waitresses are so slow I think I’ve seen a turtle race go by quicker. I should add that just about every worker except for the cook is clueless. All of their staff must have just started yesterday. Unbelievable.

Cathy was the sweetest person in the world and we will miss our lunches there!! She always made sure our food was hot and fresh and she has to be one of the kindest people we know!! We will miss Frischs but we will really miss Cathy! Update: Yay!! The manager sent a message that Cathy is at the Marion location!!

I have also noticed that the staff is way friendlier at Big Boy than in other fast food places. Nice cozy ambiance, and great pies! Definitely enjoy stopping by when I’m up north. Its a shame we don’t have it down in Florida.

After spending over an hour and half for basic food, we got our bill with no discount or explanation on what was going on. My husband made a complaint because his food was wrong. We did get a discount however it was completely unacceptable.
