I've only been to two different FUSIAN locations. I've been happy every time.I can't give it 5 stars though for four reasons: limited drink selection, it's a little pricey, it's not as clean as I'd like, and it's noisy.I still recommend it though.

No since of urgency at this location. Especially on a Friday night with plenty of people standing right in front of you. I advise go during normal hours and not dinner rush hours. Even delivery people were getting frustrated.

The food was great but.. I will never go there again... we came in on Monday in the afternoon. There was a employee cleaning under the drink station.. it looked disgusting. I felt bad for the employee..

This is a great idea executed just ok, but could be great. Now that I properly understand its offerings, it fills a nice niche in fast Asian, sushi-ish offerings. In a Chipotle-like assembly line you can make a roll or bowl with a few different offerings. Apparently they also have ramen but I didn't see it on the menu at the ordering point. The biggest execution flaw is the menu and lack of clarity. The words "roasted salmon" appear frequently on the menu, for instance but I didn't see any on the line. There is raw tuna and salmon available but those are not called out on the menu, except in the rainbow roll, which is not at all like a typical rainbow roll at an American sushi restaurant (no fish on outside). Rolls made by machine are decent but not tight. Cool idea, though, to keep costs down - no sushi chefs needed. It is a good stop for lunch or quick dinner. I would go back. Spartan interior, so this is not a date place. Reasonable price to satisfy a sushi/poke style craving if your expectations are modest. I hope they improve the process and menu-ing and have great success.

I ate too fast to take pics but so delish. Best shrimp tempura roll ever with the crunchy balls on top. Roasted salmon bowl great as always. Love how everything is chopped, especially the swt potatoes

Ordered take out for dinner and I was pleasantly impressed! Very good presentation, supplied with all the utensils I would need and amazing quality. I loved the sushi, it was clearly made well. Will definitely order from here again.
I had the most amazing customer service experience with the manager! They were VERY understanding of an issue with my delivery and promptly fixed it without having to be asked. Top tier service! They were kind and understanding on the phone and did not make me feel like a nuisance or bother calling with my issue!

Fast, efficient, and friendly service make this a great place for a sushi meal or bowl. Works like Chipotle but with sushi / Asian food. The menu isn't extensive but it is highly adaptable (you can make a bowl with many options or just a couple). Take out is also quick and easy. Eating in is nice since the staff keep the area very clean.

Overall, good food but if you want a filling meal do not get the rolls. They give you minimal fish, meat. The veggies are always fresh thankfully. To make matters worse, unfortunately completely different experience when ordering in person vs ordering via a food delivery service and there's simply no reason for it. Would never recommend to anyone to order from any food delivery place as my girlfriend and I are 0/5, the food comes very gross and soggy and always are given minimal serving sides. Pretty disappointing all around as went to the Dayton Ohio location and ever had any issues.
