Had the pork belly BLT with kale caesar, which was excellent. Very tender with a nice tomato jam. The service was acceptable although they seemed a little understaffed- we had to wait a minute for our food and drinks. But overall it was a good time and definitely a cut above the average hotel restaurant. Prices were reasonable for the quality of food available.
Food was consistently enjoyable, went there on two occasions. Very quick to get into if you're in a hotel room. Service was not very long, quite decent for how packed it was. The atmosphere was not great, however. It was rather noisy and until your food arrives you will sometimes notice an unusual smell, which was not appreciated. Still recommendable. Four-stars.
My thanks especially goes to Nate for being so welcoming. I began my experience by dining on my own and he made me feel like I was a regular. If I'm ever in Columbus again, I would definitely be sure to stay at the Hilton to enjoy your restaurant and bar again. Thank you Nate!
