I thought it was pretty good, solid food. Felt the meal was good but maybe on the higher priced side? 2 entries and an app for almost $100 in the end. I know prices are crazy but man, it's getting out of control these days.
Waitress was super nice. And again, food was good and we both enjoyed it. Ravioli special was very good and had a nice flavor twist to it. Meatball hoagie was solid.
Would go again.

Food was great. We really enjoy the atmosphere. Service was quick. Waitress was attentive. And the process was easy. But most of all the food was really good. The wife had a meatball appetizer. The meatball is really good. I had seafood jambalaya. It wasn't overpowering but very consistent and tasty. Fries were really good too

Waiter took 15 minutes to get to our tables and gave other new tables menus before us. Got the marinara pasta with meatball and the sauce was horrible too watery felt like a pasta infused spa water, noodles were not cooked correctly and overall ruined my appetite for the night. Do not go here!

We went here for the first time last night for our anniversary dinner. The food/cocktails were great, the ambience is lovely, the service was excellent, and our server gave good recommendations. This is a Clintonville gem. We shared scallops, meatballs, and sautéed grouper. Everything was delicious.

I was very pleased with the food and service at Gallo's until they brought the bill and it had a processing fee of 2.79% for credit cards (they did not disclose that before charging me). The prices were still reasonable, but I find that tacky/ sneaky and in general a turn off. Just increase your prices by 3%, and you'll have fewer customers walking away with a negative aftertaste. Otherwise everything was great.
Pleasantly surprised for a strip center location. Nice casual feel , small but didn't feel crowded. Staff , especially our waitress was friendly attentive and top notch. Would happily return!

I just had lunch here for the first time with a group of friends. We all ordered different meals, and everyone was happy with their choices. The servings were extremely generous at a great price. The vegetable soup is so worth getting. Thick with vegetables and pasta, with a deliciously homemade taste! I look forward to coming back to try their happy hour and dinner menus as well. I would strongly recommend that you give Gallo’s on High a try.

Nice neighborhood restaurant/bar. Very unique flavors in traditional dishes, like hand cut potato chips with truffle oil. I enjoyed the meatball sub. They don’t have a full menu until after 4pm. Check their hours before you go because their hours are different some days of the week.

They had a Mother's Day buffet that was superb! The food was fantastic as Gallo's always is! Special spring drinks made it extra nice. I can always depend on Gallo's on High for any special occasion or just a great dinner out.
