Do not order from here if it is busy! Unfortunately we ordered during a busy OSU football game. When we arrived the employee said it would be 30 more minutes. The issue was not that our food wasn’t ready on time, we are very understanding that it’s a busy time. The issue is making your customers drive while it’s snowing for them to show up knowing you won’t have their order ready. A suggestion would be to call your customers to give them a heads up that their food won’t ready.. give them an option to cancel their order instead. Extremely disappointing and will never come back due to poor management of a busy evening.

We got an Italian sub and a meatball sub. The sub buns were so hard they were impossible to eat. They tasted almost stale or old! Tried to soften them up in the microwave, but they were still gross. Gattos used to have the best subs in town when they were in High St. I was so disappointed. I mis my favorite sub! What has happened to it?

Was excited when they moved up here to the new location cause I had lost my favorite Pizza Primo. I think it’s good pizza, both with and without sauce. Personal favorite is the sausage pizza, its cut into thin slices and is wonderful. The dough is flavorful and its a battle in the house whether the wife and kids get Dantes or I get Gattos. But my absolute favorite is the meatball sub with extra cheese, the meatballs are so tender and no gristle, very enjoyable to have extra on the side also. Cant really say anything negative!
