My daughter and I tried this for the first time last week and was pleasantly surprised. It’s absolutely authentic Vietnamese food. I ordered the chicken Pho and spring rolls. The food came out fairly quick but we didn’t receive our spring rolls until we were almost finished with our meal. All in all it was pretty good and the broth was in point! Well seasoned!

We have been going to this lovely restaurant for over 1 year , once a week - although it is a 1 hour trip.
It really is that good. The Pho warms your soul. The Banh Mi is delicious. The 1/4 chicken is crispy outside and succulent inside.
The brothers are both extremely hard working and friendly.
Finally the star ⭐️ , the house made chili oil. 🤌🏻
I could go on forever about how , the food is even better here than all the restaurants I’ve tried all over Vietnam , Michelin starred included.
Great Job and Congratulations being the best Vietnam Restaurant not only in Columbus Ohio , but quite possibly the best anywhere around.

Small dine in area but was able to walk in and sit down. Ordered spring rolls with a delicious peanut sauce. Crispy rolls were great as well. Got the chicken fried rice, chicken pho and brisket pho. Not the traditional smoked brisket but was just as delicious. Got the porl banh mi to go and was not able to save it for dinner it was so delicious

I ordered the brisket and was disappointed by these tiny pieces mostly fat. Also I got boba and the texture was tough and hard so I’m guessing they are undercooked or not properly stored. Very disappointed

I've been wanting to try this place out for awhile. Finally had some time.and gave it a shot and didn't disappoint. It's hard to find a good Pho spot with broth that gives off hanoi vibes. Also had the banh mi with pork and some spring rolls. Very good all around. I definitely recommend coming here. The service also the gentleman gave was great. Thanks for crushing it and keep up the good work.

It's cold and rainy, as it often is in Columbus. You want something to eat and you don't want to cook. You've got a cold, so you don't want to muddle though a sandwich cause you can't breathe while you're chewing.
You side eye the Jimmy John's next door and slide on into GC Pho instead. You've heard about this stuff on Tik Tok, so maybe it won't be that bad. You've got no idea what you're looking at on the menu, so you poke around for a couple seconds before just getting the special and trying out a spring roll. Congratulations on making the best dining decision of the year.
Everything on this menu is out of the park. This place has got me eating things I've never even heard of and loving it. Their Bahn Mi are 8 bucks a pop at the time of writing. You can get two whole sandwiches for the same price as a sub anywhere else. Imagine that. Do yourself a favor and have a seat at GC Pho.
