went for lunc. sat us , within a minute waitress ask what you want to drink, waiter brings water, hands us menus . You kniw whatvyou want?, No give us a few inutes please.. I swear 1 minute passes and same thing you kniw what you want, No still need more time, 1 more minute passes and same thing I just said yea i guess I have to be ready I gave her my order my son gives his . About 10 minuts pass we get are food. time passes nobody comes asks if everythings ok we need more to drink nothing , im sitting there empty water glass, we finnish eating about 20 more minutes passes and finally she comes to our table you need boxes yes please and bill. she brings takeout boxes and the bill i put the cash down which was $57.00bill was 56.98. she counnts thge money out and said this is or the food tright wheres my tip. I was flloored I told her shes not getting a tip because the service was horrible we were there for 45 to 50. minutes and not once did are waitress or anyone else ask how things were or if we needed more water

The people that worked there were great but I was not pleased with the food. We got the supreme fried rice with extra steak, and the steak tasted like hamburger and the rice tasted like it was seasoned with black pepper and thats all.

This is the first place that I actually ordered through DoorDash and it exceeded my expectations so so delicious and Tiffany is absolutely wonderful. Some of the best Hospitality I’ve had years.
Always a great experience at Genghis Grill! The staff is friendly, the food is fresh, and I love that you can build your own bowl exactly how you want it. Everything comes out hot and seasoned just right. The team moves quick even when it’s busy, and the atmosphere always feels welcoming. Perfect spot for lunch or dinner if you want something flavorful and filling. Highly recommend!

Amazing food paired with outstanding service! The server suggested the Drunken Noodles, and they were absolutely delicious—packed with flavor. I also had a warm chocolate chip cookie that was just as delightful. Highly recommend
