George's Linworth Diner

Absolutely horrible gravy for biscuits and gravy. It was a peppered packet. Most diners have homemade sausage gravy and I guess I was expecting the same. I will never eat here again! I actually asked for a refund it was so disappointing and I was so hungry I had to grab food at a drive thru.

I went there on a busy Sunday morning. TBH, the food was just bad. The service was OK considering how busy there were, but I won’t return.

What a great place to go for comfort food! Even when very busy, our server was attentive and friendly. Coffee and drink refills were frequent, and finished dishes and glasses were removed promptly. My mushroom swiss omelette was cooked perfectly with more filling than I expected. The potatoes were delicious. The Eggs Benedict waa cooked perfectly and was tasty. The menu has great dinner food choices plus there was a whiteboard of additional items - don't miss it.

5 waitresses on staff, restaurant half empty and not one person greeted us, or asked what wanted. There literally was a waitress cleaning around our table and wiping the windows down. For 15 minutes we sat there. Then we walked past 2 waitresses talking at the register.

Wonderful old-fashioned diner with option of counter seating. The food is good comfort food. Staff is super friendly and attentive. Always look forward to meals here when in from out of town. Son always wants the meatloaf melt!

Kid-friendliness: Always see lots of families here. Good kids food and casual atmosphere.
