GSN is one of my fav go to spots in columbus ! Since going to GSN , I have lost approximately 10-12 lbs of fat and gained 3-4 lbs of lean muscle. I am a firm believer in their products and I am amazed by the excellent customer service . If you have the chance , stop what you are doing , and go grab a mega shake and tea ! These products will change your life !

I moved to Columbus in 2021 and had found this place as they were starting up. They are AMAZING and have great people. Gabby is always bubbly and eager to help and teach others with their fitness journey. Stephen is amazing with his motivation and hard work encouraging others to always excel. They’ve brought in amazing people also who continue the great atmosphere. Definitely worth stopping in!
