The store was excellent. I was there in the early morning and Everyone was very friendly and helpful.there was a work from the bakery that ask if I need help which I dod.She got what I wanted .I move on to the meat counter and I saw a roast that I wanted nut way too much for 2 people. I ask the guy behind the counter if he could cut it in have and he did that fir me .I got the rest of my food I needed and went to check out .I was none of those motorized carts.The women at the counter came around and help me put the food on the belt and bag the.She gir someone to help me load my food in my car.Awersome store!.Donna SukosdPs I had my hip replace so this was a big help thank 😊 you

Went there to pick up flashfood order. Weight measurement on meat was off on each pkg of meat I bought. Manager Paul said they don't sell 3# pkgs of meat. It was entered as 3#'s each. He did make it right, but I feel they wouldn't in the future. I'd go back
Seems to be overly short staffed. No matter what time of day. The self scanning machine never seems to work correctly and takes off the sale items even when scanning my advantage card and following specific advertisement directions. The cashier always has to fix it. Which takes a while because they have one cashier running everything. They need to hire more people.

This is the worst Giant Eagle Store. The deli is either closed or you have to wait half an hour to get lunchmeat that will be slimy in three days. They don't have regular simple things like "Broccoli Slaw" and most of the food and items in the weekly flyer never makes it to this mom-and-pop store.
