Ordered cupcakes for my sons birthday party a week ahead of time for pick up. I was very specific with the colors, showed her icing they had right there and said the same color light blue. She wrote it all down. I came to pick them up and they weren’t ready. They hadn’t even made them yet. I had to come back the next day right before the party to get them and they are dark blue and an orangish red. They look awful. Not even close to what I ordered. The girl at the bakery was a bit rude and didn’t seem to care. Also, I had to get them from the customer service counter as they weren’t ready on time and no one was working there. I had to call the store while inside to get someone to come to the customer service to get them for me. Will not order again. I shouldn’t have to choose between having ugly cupcakes or no cupcakes for a 6-year-old’s birthday party. Simply awful service.

Excellent bagels, especially asiago and everything. White almond cake is very, very good. Try the white almond raspberry, too. Bread prices are higher than other bakeries but good quality.
