Don't recommend. They change your delivery day without notice, the Call center employees are rude and unhelpful, the Delivery drivers are aggressive and argumentative, and They have zero empathy for seniors who can't handle the deliveries themselves. Use a different meal delivery company.. there are much more accommodating companies out there with actual food with FLAVOR.

The food is excellent! Just the right amount for a sedentary person. If you need more, there’s bread, butter, dried fruit, cheese sticks, or juice etc. I’m never left hungry! It’s quite tasty. The only thing I have a complaint about is the vegan food. I LOVE plant based meat alternatives. I’ve eaten it for years. The vegan choices ALL taste like a bowl of only green peppers, which I can’t stand. Everything else is delicious! I really like the healthier plant based milks too! I do agree with one commenter about not being able to stand and cook. I have gotten the egg rolls and cooked them in my air fryer. Perfect! Most stuff I transfer to a small baking dish and cook it in my air fryer for ease.

Global Mills delivery driver is so nice they change the route on the driver now he comes so late you wait all day you miss your appointments because you don't know when he will arrive and some of the meals look like they're just dumped in the Box you don't get what you're supposed to get and when they give out some of the meals some things that come extra seem like people are left out like yesterday everyone received an extra box and you had three that didn't receive anything at the deli sandwiches box have more fruit cups than sandwiches they seem like they don't put what they supposed to put in the boxes but I'm pretty sure they get paid their money

You can't imagine the garbage that these people sent me instead of real food. Supposed to be 10 meals in a delivery of Meals on Wheels.
Instead, they delivered: 3 very small, but good, meals. 4 purchased meals that were totally inedible rotgut. Inovasian company frozen meals, Completely ruined with sugar, sugar, sugar. Only 5-11 grams of protein, plus 27-33 grams of sugar. 3 appetizers, instead of meals. I have been a total invalid for 20 years. They want me to boil water to cook stuffed pasta. They want me to stand at the stove frying egg rolls. These 3 appetizers were basically all carbs, also. What happened to delivering cooked meals to 80-year-old invalids!

Great program but I wish there were more choices for kidney stone formers as I am one. We have to eat low oxalates meals; once in a while a small piece of chocolate. Just a suggestion.

Interesting reviews. Food is better than a dried out Baloney sandwich and stale chips from other services. I would put it up against decent convenient store food. I like the selections of food but wish I could customize my boxes. Disappointed in the Gourmet box. I got the Asian box. For the most part it was tasty. But..I don't like Gen.Tsos and the egg rolls are tricky to cook as they have turned out soggy. I don't like wasting food. Customer Service I have no complaints. All in all I would recommend Global. I'm disabled so I'm very grateful for the services I recieve. This service has helped me immensely.
