I walked into this space and three people made eye contact with me and then looked away. One appeared to be a manager. That was confusing. Two of them even looked at one another and then back at me and still no “hello”, “be right with you”, a nod, a wave… nothing. I stood there for a few moments is awe and then turned around and left. There are way too many other options in the area. This was my second attempt to come here and the previous time I came 20 minutes before close and they said “everything is turned off”. I was wanting to try a specific dish as it is hard to find in Columbus. Guess I’ll keep Looking.

It's all you can eat! The quality of the meats is excellent, no doubt. But I don't like the marinated meat; it's too sour for my taste.
The service was hit or miss. If you get the right waitress, you'll have an excellent meal. If not, like in my case, you'll leave with a bad impression of the restaurant.

This was my first time at a Korean BBQ and it will not be my last. I didn’t know what to expect so it was fun to learn that I cook my own food. It was fun learning experience and I will definitely be taking my family there.

Usually a 2-hour all you can eat limit is plenty, but it certainly isn't when you only get three items for the entire duration because you repeatedly have to remind staff that you put in an order twenty minutes ago.

I ordered the chefs special. it took 30 minutes to get that food in a picture even though only 3 tables were taken. I would be ok if food tastes was good. It was horrible. Noting like Korean food. (Trust me. I'm Korean I know Korean food) I would never go back even I have no option for Korean food.

Gogi is a great Korean bbq place. I can feel their meat is fresh and decent. They have bbq combos, Korean hotpot, authentic Korean dishes, and all-you-can-eat for meat lovers, but the price may not be competitive with other Korean bbq places. Personally, I like ordering their Korean entrees instead of bbq. Their Korean spicy sauce has a 6/10 spicy level and is not sweet. Yum yum and garlic ginger sauce are also available. Bibimbap is authentic. Cold noodles tastes not bad. The seafood pancake is my favorite. Dining room is great. Service is always fast. WiFi is available.

Had to ask the waiter for things 3 to 4 times and was getting upset that we asked for the correct food. Discount offered to kids under 55 inches, but they do not actually measure kids and seem to be upset when you ask for the discount. You could tell the entire staff had a big issue with asking for the discount listed on the menu. Proper measuring should be taken. Prices are extremely high for the generally mid food. Good for a one-time experience, but I definitely will look for another place to try. Also, serving soft drinks from a can and charging per can is a bit much, with how expensive the meals are here, you would expect normal Fontaine drinks brought to the table already in the glass. The bathrooms are rather horrid.
The food is incredibly overpriced and the beef looks like it has been frozen all day. Even the side dishes tasted stale. Do not come here and waste your money!!!

Absolutely insane pricing on the bbq meats and drinks. The picture on the menu would suggest a meal enough to feed two three people when in reality it can barely feed one. All the meats came frozen and tasteless. Would never come back.
