Honestly I was so excited to try this restaurant had a few in mind but chose this one unfortunately. The food was good but the service was absolutely awful. I ordered a cold brew with some Carmel and cold foam. It tasted like a sugar stick. Mind you I’m a coffee drinker. I told the guy it was to sweet to the point I couldn’t drink jt. He said yeah I though with the cold foam and Carmel it would be to sweet. Not to mention the “ cold foam” evaporated as soon as he poured it. I make my own at home every morning and you need to froth it until it thickens. It’s not hard. I also watched him pour the Carmel flavoring in there instead of using the pumps like you should. I asked him to re make me something and which he ended up doing which was just as sweet. I told him I like a balanced in a little sweetness but I like to actually taste the coffee. All drinks are dependent on how much syrup you add. I should have made coffee at home. This seemed like a cool place especially since I am gluten free nothing ruins a place more than bad service. And it’s not like it’s a cheap place! You’re in customer service, I’ve been in customer service since I was 16 and this is certainly not how I would want the face of business ran.

Omgosh this place was AMAZING! Ms Michelle is the sweetest barista around. She provided excellent customer service and delivered delicious food/drinks in the midst of running the cafe solo on a Saturday morning! :)

An ALL gluten free and dairy free coffee shop!! I haven’t had a mocha frappe (or coffee in general) in 4 years because of my celiac and not being able to find places that can guarantee no cross contamination. I am in HEAVEN. So good. Highly recommend this awesome place, and the owner is SO sweet !! Thank you !! 🥹❤️

There was one couple in front of us ordering. It took 15 min for them to take thier order. It took another 15 for them to take our order and we had to help the cashier with coffee drinks. They got our order wrong and the eggs weren't cooked all the way.
This place is amazing! The staff was so helpful in navigating their menu because I can't have dairy and soy. Their milkshakes are the BEST! They even made my daughter a custom lime milkshake ❤️

The food was straight from a freezer and barely heated up. Took 40 minutes just to get a cold bagel and cold potatoes! Atmosphere was nice and I had high hopes. Service was ok at best but regardless I did not enjoy my time here. Threw my meal away. Wasted $14 while I was there.

Great little cafe. REALLY want to make it a regular thing, but... 3 for 3 times, they've not been busy; me + 1/2 others, and a simple drink and sandwich order takes 30 min! Trying to pop in to grab a quick anything is not a realistic option here. Really hope they can address the service issues. They have something if they do.
