Tried to grab dinner during a break in the Ice Skating events. Terribly understaffed, finally seated, after 20 minutes we got up to at least get our own waters.Server was doing everything she could to wait on all the tables she had and we were appreciative. Food was lack luster but we were just grateful we got to eat.

We arrived at 4:55pm, and were told that it was a 10-15min wait and 2 groups were ahead of us, only to not get sat until an hour later. They simply weren't seating people, we didn't get skipped. Then we ordered food as soon as we sat down, since we were attending a concert at Nationwide Arena that started at 7pm. Our server was great and got us our drinks quickly, but an hour later, we still had not received our order of wings and side salads. We ended up leaving cash to pay for our drinks, cancelling our food order, and had to eat stadium food for dinner.The vibes at this place were also totally off! They don't play music or sports over the speakers, and half the restaurant was empty. Everyone was visibly annoyed at the service, and we watched multiple people walk out on the restaurant.

Waited 15 minutes for someone to show up to seat us, then we had to stand at the table while the cleaned it because most of the empty tables were dirty and full of dishes. Ordered an appetizer and had to ask for silverware, but were finally given packaged plastic ware because we were told their dishwasher had already gone home for the day. This was at 6:30 on a Friday. When our entrées finally arrived, the server dumped an entire container of tartar sauce on my brother in law's shoulder. Our food was barely warm, and when we got the bill, they had to correct it. No manager came over regarding the spilled condiment, barely an apology. Server said, it's been hectic today, you're lucky it wasn't the entire plate!!

Food was good.Women's restroom was dirty and unmaintained. One of the 4 stalls still doesn't have a door, two were clogged/not working and the only working stall had no toilet paper. Only one soap dispenser had soap.

Good wood.....more like limp...well you know the rest ...Me and my fiancee went to eat there. We were totally and completely ignored by the server. After being neglected for twenty minutes we left. Maybe good wood isn't quite ready to serve an interracial couples.... It's 2024 Good wood

We ate in the bar area on a Friday night before an event. The server had far too many tables, making it hard for her to provide quality service. We were told they didn’t have ingredients for cocktails or for some of the meals. The food was awful. I had the strawberry kale salad with salmon. The salmon and kale were burned and two of the ingredients were missing. The bar area around us was super crowded with people standing in line all around us. There were sections in the back with absolutely no one seated, so they clearly didn’t have enough staff to support the crowd. The worst part of the restaurant were the restrooms. They were DISGUSTING. The women’s bathroom had a stall door leaning against the wall with overflowing water into the other stalls. Only one stall had toilet paper, there was barely soap and no paper towels. I can’t imagine how workers could wash their hands properly. The men in our party also said the men’s restrooms were very dirty. The servers were all extremely nice. They seem set up for failure. The place is obviously poorly run by management.
We had a Brisket Reuben which was good. But the wings were terrible, the first time they were brought out and were cold (like in the refrigerator cold). We asked for fresh ones and the second batches were very dry and terrible. We also never got our chips after asking for them twice. Service was not very good.

Do yourself a solid and don't go here. Terrible bland food..visited here with my brother just after thanksgiving. The place was half full but not at all busy...our wings came out cold and the tots were were too crunchy to enjoy. Wayy overpriced, the floors were sticky and restroom wasn't stocked. Never coming back

Quick seating, Server took our order, then promptly forgot about us. Several tables were seated and served. The Server came back and asked if were ready for the check and she was informed we hadn't eaten yet. The plating was basic and food overcooked. Bad form. But hey humans are tolerated on the patio !

We were a group of 10 in town for the Leafs vs Blue Jackets game.The good....we arrived early enough to get a table for 10. The service for our drinks was quick. The Louisville Lager was fine and the beer was well priced. A really good atmosphere with tons of Leafs fans.The not so good.....the pretzel appetizer was very salty and the dips were just ok. Not a great selection for drinks.The bad.....we waited over an hour after ordering for our meal. Our server continued to say that our food would be right out. In the end, we needed to cancel our meals as we needed to head out for the game. We hated to cancel our food order, but it should never have taken that long, even with the volume of people in the restaurant.Unfortunately, I can't recommend any food options, but the meals at the other tables did look tasty.
