Visited this Graeters location on 10/12 around 8 PM and came through the drive thru. I was completely disappointed with how I was treated. The employees had nasty attitudes, refused to serve me, and made me feel completely unwelcome for no reason at all. Their behavior came across as rude, dismissive, and racially motivated, which is absolutely unacceptable.
It is sad and disappointing to experience that type of treatment in 2025. The group of young ignorant teens working there will eventually cause this location to be shut down if corporate does not step in. No one should ever have to deal with racism or disrespect when simply trying to buy ice cream.

I used to really enjoy Graeter’s, but I’m very disappointed now. I ordered two scoops of ice cream in a cup at two different Columbus locations recently, and both times I was left unsatisfied.
The first was at the Westerville store, I received ice cream that was soft-serve or milkshake-like, which shouldn’t be the case. I let it go, thinking maybe it was just bad luck or a machine issue, and decided to avoid that shop for a while.
Then a couple of weeks ago, my partner and I went to the Polaris shop. Again, I was disappointed. I ordered two scoops, but my cup had lots of empty space and looked like just a little more than one scoop. Meanwhile, my partner’s cup and other customers’ servings looked normal and full.
I submitted feedback on Graeter’s website asking if there’s a standard size or weight for a scoop, but I never got a response. I guess I’ll just get another automated reply here too. I feel I was treated unfairly, paying the same price as everyone else but getting noticeably less.
No, I didn’t take a photo or save any proof, I never expected I’d be writing this review until they couldn’t answer a simple question. I’m NOT even asking for ANY compensation. I just want to know what the standard is, so if it happens again, I can politely bring it up to the staff. However...
This used to be an ice cream shop I loved — NOT ANYMORE.

04/12/2025 - First time visiting this Graeter’s Ice Cream with family and friends. We went for a late night dessert and it was almost 9 in the evening and it was busy. I ordered a double scoop (strawberry and vanilla) on a waffle comb. As always delicious. This location had a drive thru also. Nice and clean interior with comfortable seating and complimentary decor. They also have merch on display for sale. Cool spot (literally) to enjoy some delicious ice-cream. Nice and friendly staff. The staff was attentive and welcoming. Parking out front and on the ride side of the main entrance just walking distance to the ice cream shop. Enjoy.

Brought the family here for the first time over the weekend. There was nobody in line, so we got served right away, and the employees were very nice. The kids got scoops, the wife got a shake, and I got a sunday. With all the reviews and history, I think I over hyped this place. The ice cream was average, not outstanding as I was expecting. Even though we will be back to try more flavors.
Dietary restrictions: Vegan choices/dairy free ! All of my family can meet sweet treats in the same place!

I visit this place at least once a month, but my recent experience was incredibly disappointing. Spent $9 on a sunday only to discover a long white hair mixed in with it. Its unsettling and quite gross. Not going back.
