Brought the family here for the first time over the weekend. There was nobody in line, so we got served right away, and the employees were very nice. The kids got scoops, the wife got a shake, and I got a sunday. With all the reviews and history, I think I over hyped this place. The ice cream was average, not outstanding as I was expecting. Even though we will be back to try more flavors.

I visit this place at least once a month, but my recent experience was incredibly disappointing. Spent $9 on a sunday only to discover a long white hair mixed in with it. Its unsettling and quite gross. Not going back.

It's a little small, but it's got a drive through, great ice cream, and good service.
Very dissapointed. No travel packs available. Stopped specifically to pick up a travel pack while traveling. Also no guest WiFi.Hopefully I can find another location that at least has travel pack.

I recently went to Graeter's for the first time. I sampled so many great flavors. Their dairy free cookies and cream ice cream is delicious, and it is nice to have options other than just vanilla for someone who is lactose intolerant.

Beautiful place, clean, nice staff, and amazing ice cream. Personally I would recommend the Sunrise frozen drink, because it was HEAVENLY. Beautiful place, nice atmosphere, and amazing food.
If I wanted a full scoop of non-blended ice cream in a cup with a straw stuck in it and for you to tell me this is a “milkshake”. I would’ve simply asked for that but no. I spent $7.00 just to get home and realize I couldn’t even stick my straw fully through the cup. You can obviously see this wasn’t blended at all as the peanut butter cups are still fully intact.Then for them to then ask for a tip after all this lol
