Very dissapointed. No travel packs available. Stopped specifically to pick up a travel pack while traveling. Also no guest WiFi.Hopefully I can find another location that at least has travel pack.

If I wanted a full scoop of non-blended ice cream in a cup with a straw stuck in it and for you to tell me this is a “milkshake”. I would’ve simply asked for that but no. I spent $7.00 just to get home and realize I couldn’t even stick my straw fully through the cup. You can obviously see this wasn’t blended at all as the peanut butter cups are still fully intact.Then for them to then ask for a tip after all this lol

great customer service! they helped us get the ice cream we wanted even though the menu had changed. supplied us with cups of water when we asked, and greeted me kindly when i came back in for another spoon. Loved the management and congeniality on labor day! :)

Tried the Buttery Popcorn flavor and it was amazing. Quick service and nice staff.
We went inside it's super clean both employees that were working the counter were very very friendly and personable. And I just found out that you do nights for dogs so we will definitely be coming back And of course the ice cream is delicious

I always love coming to Graeter's, as everybody knows is a staple in Columbus!! I love it, but just not worth the price anymore! Your best bang for your buck is honestly getting the "To Go" ice cream products! I got the 1870 tower with black raspberry chip ice cream, chocolate fudge (which I substituted chocolate syrup for), walnuts, whip cream and a cherry!! It was amazing, but $8.50, I just did not think it was worth that. I never thought it would be that expensive! I would rather go to UDF, Dairy Queen or Whit's for much cheaper!! The staff was not friendly with me either, I continued feeling like I was bothering them. It was nice inside, but extremely old, they have some updating to do!

A total ripoff. Ordered a Turtle Sundae, with two scoops, and there was barely any ice cream in it. I’ve had this product many times in many locations but never felt so disappointed. I would think that for ~$8 I would have gotten my money’s worth. Never again!

O M G!! We saw the sign when we ran into Krogers last night and decided to stop. We have never heard of Graeter's Ice Cream or French Pot Ice Cream. We were blown away with the flavor of the ice cream! It's a totally different product that regular ice cream. So much better! The customer service is was amazing! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! I will be a repeat customer for sure!! Sorry no pictures this time, we ate it too fast!
