Called and placed order for delivery. Was told 45 min to an hour. I called after an hour and 20 min, was told 7 more minutes…..called again 30 min later and was told almost there. Called again after 2 hours since I ordered my food and was told driver couldn’t find the hotel room. He also said the front desk called me, which was not true because I was sitting here waiting for my food the whole time! They wouldn’t do anything to fix the situation, just wanted me to wait an additional 45 min to an hour for them to bring me (probably cold) food.Do better!

I have been going to grandmas for a very long time an I stopped going months ago cause the food was disgusting the pizzas was burnt an it tasted like grease so I decided to go back an try iit again when I ordered my food I was told the price but when I asked if that's including the coupon I was told that there tired of us ordering an not saying anything about a coupon if there's a sale on something why in the hell do you have to say I want the coupon price hell the old manager you didn't have to I won't go back to grandmas heck if I want better pizza an better subs I'll take a trip to Waverly ohio an go to Giovanni's

I ordered online, as that was an option. Picked up myself, in person. Received wrong pizza. Was missing five (5) toppings. Called to complain. Called three (3) times. They refused to fix. They refused to even discuss with me. All I wanted was for them to exchange for the correct pizza. That I paid $21.99 for. They refused to help me. Said I needed to complain to doordash, not them since payment went through doordash, even though I personally picked it up. Myself. In person. I wasn't asking for my money back. Only to get the correct pizza I paid $21.99 for. The pizza that was plainly labeled on the order tag taped to the outside of the box. Now I want my money back. I have filed a dispute with my card provider to refund the $21.99. This didn't have to happen. Grandma's Pizza could have simply corrected my order.
