I ordered food totalling almost $100 at 2pm on a Friday. There was a quoted delivery time of 45mn-1hr. I accepted. The food arrived in 40 minutes. Here is what I ordered. 1 grand gourmet lg. 1 pep lg. 2 Italian subs. 1 chicken Parm sub. I spaghetti dinner that comes with garlic TOAST. SALAD AND DRESSING. Also 20 wings that I paid extra for because you can't split the flavors now. Okay. We gave a little better than a 10%tip. They forgot the salad. So looking over everything I realize there are no dressings either. I ordered ranch with my salad and blue cheese for the wings which was at an extra cost. I called to notify them and it turned into the most trash conversation with a business. The woman insisted she put the dressing in the bag....no apology for forgetting my salad .........and called me white trash and many other things. I was hung up on multiple times because I continued to call back and she threatened to call the police for harassment. Over a pack of dressing. I said I will pay another .50 just give me the dressing and that pissed her off even worse lol. Don't order blue cheese dressing ?. So. My toast was not toasted. The spaghetti I fed to my dog.....total trash. I previously ordered here often. Never again. Who's the garbage? You are grandmas and everyone working there!!!!

W.Broad st. Bottoms. Flat Out Nasty. 3 Italian subs no meat taste. Can taste only Italian dressing barely meat and cheese. Pizza I shouldn’t have never even bothered buying. Wont spend money there again ever. If there was a 0 rating review, that would be my option. This food is made for people with no taste buds.

100% the worst pizza place in all of Columbus Ohio the food is so terrible that I had to take my pizza apart literally scrape all the toppings off and remake the pizza myself it was so soggy and uncooked that I just couldn't believe they tried to deliver me that in the middle looked like wet biscuits the customer service is horrible the place needs closed down and blew up I wish I could give them negative Stars the worst 100% worse pizza place ever in Columbus Ohio please do not go there they are disgusting no one cleans the place I don't see how they even pass sanitation thousands of thumbs down

I always have ordered from here for as long as I've been out here for 13 years and every time the food is fresh it's hot and delicious the pizza is really great and the people are friendly even when I called and place an order and they have so many different delicious items on the menu. Haven't been in to dine yet but I'm looking forward to that experience as

The location and the actual place does not represent the good food. The restaurant is a hole in the wall and no dining area but the food is so good and the staff is friendly. Delivery crew are always soooo nice. Will recommend them !!!!Parking: There is a lot next to this location.

Came into this establishment about 3 nights ago for a pick up order and the experience I had with Angel was fabulous!!! She was very pleasant, kind, and helpful which good customer service is hard to come by now a days. I witness A gentleman walked in wanted to place and order and it was closed to taking orders but she went ahead and took his order which showed how much compassion she has instead of turning him away. The food was amazing, hot, and correct. I loved the Bosco cheese sticks very buttery and flavorful
