Got 6 cookies....something was very wrong with them. I'm pretty upset that I had to pay $13 for cookies that seemed really inedible to me. I've had these before and I've always liked them but this time they were really really....doughy. They were so doughy that they were they consistency of still being raw in the middle. They tasted raw too.. there's a big difference between a super soft cookie and a cookie that is soft from being underbaked. To be honest they made me feel really sick. I don't know if the person making them today took them out too soon or what happened but this is definitely not the same cookies that I've purchased in the past. $13 is a lot to spend on six cookies for them all to be bad. I got three of the reese chips, two double chocolate and one snickerdoodle.

Whenever i go to Polaris , i always stop by this place , cookies are fresh and the place smells amazing , employees are always welcoming and the service is great.

Just came in the mall for cookies and the store is open but no one is out front to meet guest. Been standing here for about 5 minutes still no team member. I even called the store number to see if anyone would come out the back still no response doesn’t look good for business.. if business is open.

I recently took my little boy to get a cookie and was extremely disappointed with the experience. There was a short woman with a brown complexion and long black hair who was on her phone and displayed an unfriendly attitude. She counted our change with the same gloves she used to handle our cookies, which I found unhygienic. My son was trying to decide on which cookie he wanted, and instead of being patient, she was rude and visibly impatient. I much preferred the previous staff and management before the new ownership. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

I was excited to try these cookies. My all time favorite cookies are from mrs.fields , so I wanted to see how great American held up. We stopped in at the mall and got an m&m cookie sandwich. First impression, not as good as mrs.fields. :( however, the cookie was very good! It’s the frosting that wasn’t a big winner for me- not enough flavor and they piled it on! Overall, a yummy cookie but will skip the frosting next time.
