I recently took my little boy to get a cookie and was extremely disappointed with the experience. There was a short woman with a brown complexion and long black hair who was on her phone and displayed an unfriendly attitude. She counted our change with the same gloves she used to handle our cookies, which I found unhygienic. My son was trying to decide on which cookie he wanted, and instead of being patient, she was rude and visibly impatient. I much preferred the previous staff and management before the new ownership. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

I was excited to try these cookies. My all time favorite cookies are from mrs.fields , so I wanted to see how great American held up. We stopped in at the mall and got an m&m cookie sandwich. First impression, not as good as mrs.fields. :( however, the cookie was very good! It’s the frosting that wasn’t a big winner for me- not enough flavor and they piled it on! Overall, a yummy cookie but will skip the frosting next time.

I was served by Gabby who took time as I had not been there before and she answered my questions, she was warm, had a smile and repeated my name as well as my order. She listened! Exceptional costumer service... will be back for sure. Great product. If you get a chance GO HERE!
