I was excited to try these cookies. My all time favorite cookies are from mrs.fields , so I wanted to see how great American held up. We stopped in at the mall and got an m&m cookie sandwich. First impression, not as good as mrs.fields. :( however, the cookie was very good! It’s the frosting that wasn’t a big winner for me- not enough flavor and they piled it on! Overall, a yummy cookie but will skip the frosting next time.

First visit but will definitely not be my last. Atmosphere was fun, service was timely, and really made personal. I was served by Gabby who took time as I had not been there before and she answered my questions, she was warm, had a smile and repeated my name as well as my order. She listened! Exceptional costumer service... will be back for sure. Great product. If you get a chance GO HERE!

I have been to this location several times. Everyone is super friendly and the cookies are always fresh and delicious. My family Tried the cookie cakes the entire family loves them and they are so cute when you add a design.
