My visit on a Friday night was underwhelming. Despite the restaurant being quiet, the service was frustratingly slow. The food portions were generous, but the quality fell short. The chicken parmesan was dry, as if precooked and plated on order, while the chicken saltimbocca was overly salty. The broccoli was mushy, oily and burnt. The tiramisu tasted like sweetened Cool Whip with little else to offer. On a positive note, the cocktails were excellent, and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the food and service need improvement to match the welcoming vibe.

The food was great! I had the 68 layer lasagna. I'm not big on Italian food but I'm glad I tried it. The place was very clean. The staff were all courteous. I will definitely be back to try more dishes.

If we went off of the reviews we would have never went! The food was absolutely incredible, far surpassed our expectations. The service was a little rocky at the beginning but definitely recovered throughout the meal! We sat at the bar! Must get appetizer is the garlic bread! You will not be disappointed! The tomahawk steak was so tender and juicy! Couldn’t say enough good things about all the food!

Jada, The bartender was absolutely amazing! And kudos to Robert for suggesting a beautiful bottle of wine! Love, the fact that it was half off on Thursday nights for bottles of wine! We had an amazing dinner! My best friend brought me out for my birthday, never been here before the food was Unbelievable,Guy, You knocked it out of the park! Your staff is amazing! Jada is the real deal!

Food was the only thing good about this experience. The wait to get in, an hour, with empty seats in the restaurant. Ok maybe they are under staffed I though to myself. Finally get seated first drink takes 11 minutes to get to the table, yes I timed it because it seemed everyone around us was also waiting for their food and drinks. Now as a lifelong food industry worker I glance over at the bar and see it is empty with 2 bartenders working, unacceptable. Appetizers come out 40 minutes after we order, again the place is not busy, but I’m not going to be upset at the kitchen when I can’t see what’s going on, but seems slow, food is good, second cocktail ordered takes 25 minutes to arrive with again no one at the bar. Main course arrives, we’ve been seated for over an hour now, finish dinner, get dessert to go, pay check and leave at a total of an hour and half for dinner. Our waitress the entire time kept apologizing for the wait times, not a manager in sight. This is what’s wrong with the food industry as a whole!

This was not a great experience. We came because of Guy Fieri’s name. The wait to get into a half empty restaurant was surprising. Although I had reservations I waited in line about 15 minutes. Our waitress was mediocre and rarely checked on our table. My wife’s Cajun Alfredo was as lukewarm and the chicken was slightly burnt. My lasagna was not good. We barely ate the portions. We had a 3 course meal with desserts included but before our desert arrived the waitress brought the bill. We were in the restaurant 2 hours for salad, entree desert. Do not recommend.

Love Dinners, Drive-Ins, and Dives... thought this would be a great place for dinner during our trip and it didn't disappoint. The only issue I had was that my Lasagna came out burnt on the edges. But with the large portions, I still had a lot left when I cut away the burned edges. The best thing we ate was the garlic bread. It's like a cross between bread and pizza.

Food was terrible. I mean I really thought chicken piccata tasted like raw chicken with salt, the pasta overcooked and peppers with sausage gross. Horribly disappointed

My chicken marsala was excellent. My husband's lasagna was not. His was so dry it was crunchy. He said we could buy better lasagna in the frozen section at the grocery. The service was fair - not very informative and very slow! What a disappointment!!! Won't be back.
Expensive, nasty food, and extremely rude wait staff. I’ll never go back.
