Terrible. The worst food I’ve had in a very long time I will never be back or ask anyone. And parking is trash

Probably the worst chicken and waffle I’ve ever had. I love the other stuff on the menu but you guys should really consider changing the recipe. Only leaving this review so the owners consider it. ?

Ordered the frog eyes. Basically biscuits and gravy with 2 eggs. Also a side of sausage. These fresh made from scratch biscuits are something special! Fantastic food and service. I love the vibe inside the building. Do yourself a favor and dine here if your in the area.

I really like this place but I ordered take out and online it says 5-10 minutes. Co workers and I walked from the med center to pick it up. We waited for almost an hour for pick up as we watched people be seated, eat, and leave. We also checked in with the hostess multiple times who only said “we are backed up.” She never checked and when I finally found someone else to bother she got what I am assuming was a manager. He rudely told us he didn’t know we were waiting and had someone else run it out to us. Come to find out our order had just been sitting in the back for an hour.

While I can highly recommend the chicken and waffles, the coffee was stale and I had to wait a very long time to pay, even though I sat at the bar and they weren't busy. In addition, they don't refill your coffee or water at all unless you ask, I assume. Much better service and more food for less at any given waffle house.

This review is not about the food, but rather the exceptional service I received. After having my wallet stolen a few days prior, I found myself in a predicament following an optometry appointment. I had used Apple Pay for breakfast at the restaurant, but realized I had no way to pay for parking in the garage where I had left my car.

My server, Maddie, went above and beyond to help me out of this dilemma. When I explained my situation and asked about cash back, she immediately consulted her manager. Although their POS system didn't allow for cash back, Maddie took it upon herself to solve my problem. In an incredibly selfless gesture, she reached into her own tip jar and gave me $10 to cover my parking fee.

Maddie's understanding and generosity truly saved me from a major headache. Her actions demonstrated not just excellent service, but also genuine kindness. I made sure to return the $10 and added a 25% tip to show my appreciation. This experience highlighted how a wonderful person like Maddie can turn a stressful situation into a heartwarming encounter and lowkey brought me back hope for society.

The food is so good! Place is really cool. I’m giving it 4 stars though because of the absolute joke the side of bacon is. 5 bucks for 3 pieces skinnier than my finger.

Would come back Forsure.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hangovereasy in Columbus, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. This spot is a true gem for anyone looking to enjoy a hearty and delicious meal in a relaxed atmosphere.

The ambiance is cozy and laid-back, with eclectic décor that adds a fun touch to the dining experience. It’s the perfect place to unwind with friends or family, whether you’re grabbing breakfast after a night out or just looking for a great place to start your day.

Now, let’s talk about the food—it’s absolutely phenomenal! ?? The menu is packed with creative twists on classic breakfast and brunch favorites. I tried their signature “Hangover Hash,” and it was nothing short of amazing. The portions are generous, and every bite is bursting with flavor. My friends ordered the “Pancake Balls” and the “Dirty Sanchez” burrito, and they couldn’t stop raving about how good everything was.

One thing that really stood out is their commitment to accommodating different dietary preferences. There are plenty of vegetarian and vegan options, so everyone can find something they’ll love.

The drinks are also a highlight. Whether you’re in the mood for a strong cup of coffee ☕ or a refreshing mimosa ?, they’ve got you covered. Their creative cocktail menu adds an extra layer of enjoyment to the meal.

The service was top-notch. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to enjoy being there. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations.

Overall, Hangovereasy is a fantastic place to enjoy delicious food in a welcoming environment. It’s become one of my favorite spots in Columbus, and I highly recommend giving it a try. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, this place is definitely worth a visit!

Can’t wait to go back!
