Skip this place with their poor service and frozen patty cheeseburgers.
The seating in the back of the restaurant, where the booths are, is apparently saved for airport employees. They even bring other food in and don't order from the menu. If you noticed from the other reviews...the company doesn't care and never responds. I should have read the reviews before I spent 30 bucks on lunch. Skip this place head to Burger King down by the terminal entrance.

The atmosphere is nice, but the service here is not. The digital ordering system means that nobody ever comes to check on you. Food is quite overpriced, even for an airport. The dips are good though

It took 2 hours for us to get our food after we ordered. By the time we got our meals they were already cold. The server never came around to refill water or even ask if everything was alright. The management does nothing to speed up operations and the food was subpar if anything. If you have a flight within 2 hours of your arrival, do not eat here because it took others around us 2 hours to get their food after ordering as well.

Said seat yourself. So I sat at a booth. They come to tell me the entire booth section is closed. I only want a booth so I said fine I'll go to a different restaurant instead. Here's your ⭐!

Nice atmosphere. Just a few tables seated and no service at all. Finally caught a person to ask what the soup was “tomato she said” that was it, then she completely disappeared. Not spending money here.. ?the fish usually stinks from the top down.
The service was fast. Shamus was our waiter. He was great. He brought what we needed quickly . He was very friendly and efficient. I got the Chicken Cesar salad . We also ordered the pretzel appetizer. They came quickly and were good. The menu wasn’t very long though, could use more food choices.

We were catching a flight and asked the woman at the baggage check what restaurant they suggested. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was spot on. I got the patty melt and my friend got the cheeseburger. On line ordering was less personable but our server was very attentive. I read the reviews AFTER I ate there. If we stop back in that airport we will eat there again.
I don’t know if some of these reviews were under a different management but I had an amazing experience! The server Jessica was phenomenal and the manager also came over and made sure I was well taken care of. It was really great food especially for an airport restaurant. Very clean too!
We sat at the bar, no Menues, scan a QR to even order a beer. Will never eat there again and attention all waiters and waitresses, if I have to scan to order a beer I am not tipping. I am generally a very good tipper but there is no service in this approach.

Service is absolutely horrible.
Honestly probably the rudest server I’ve ever encountered. I get that it was super busy with lost lands wrapping up and being short staffed, but there’s zero excuse for how she talked to us. Made a simple (easily fixable) mistake with the tab/check (which btw, worst system for ordering ever. What kind of menu doesn’t let you edit your tab) and she belittled us and would not stop telling us how it was our fault. Yeah… we knew that… it’s your job to fix it. Even when I was profusely apologizing she didn’t even acknowledge my presence. I tipped $4, way too much money for her I wish I could have left a negative tip. Any fast food joint feels 5 star compared to this so called establishment.
Rudest bartender/waitress I have ever experienced, learn what customer service means instead of belittling us for being confused, will never come back in a million years and I hope she gets fired tomorrow
Expects tips when no service provided and the workers are really rude and don't know how to listen. And there online ordering system doesn't work
Rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. Avoid this place at all costs, McDonald’s treats people better than this. I hope all the staff gets fired and they rehire some decent human beings.
