Coolest diner I’ve ever been to! Not a long wait, maybe five minutes. The food came out super quick and was just delicious! And let’s not forget that the first issues of Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman are displayed on the back walls, 8 feet tall! I can’t wait to go back! 10/10 guys, you nailed it!

We walked in and the first thing we are met with is “We close in 15 minutes so do you know what you want?” I told my mom let’s go. The dining room was full so it’s not like yall we’re going to close right at 3pm, all we wanted were pancakes and to my knowledge it does not take 10 minutes to make pancakes. The service was lame and disappointing. It still blows my mind how people can walk through the door ready to spend their hard earned money and are met with a response like that, but maybe it was a blessing in disguise because I can only imagine how we would have been treated if we had actually sat down with only 15 minutes to spare.

My waitress was EraLyn and she was so amazing so kind professional I don’t drink and she came up with a mock tail for me I’ve come to this restaurant a few times and by far my favorite experience it’s always great and the food is amazing ! The French toast is one of the best I’ve ever tasted. Side note there was a lady named Mariah that worked there she was helping eralyn not sure her title but she had great energy as well and the whole atmosphere was great in general. God is good.

I make sure to go here every time I'm in Columbus. The only thing that sucks is the wait times for a table when they're slammed and the seating situation in general isn't the best. That's pretty minor though because the food is always STRAIGHT GAS!!
Service here 1/11/2025 at the bar, easily the worst experience I’ve had here and that’s saying something. The whole environment here is always negative. Bartender didn’t say one word to us the entire time until he saw his tip and we were halfway out the door to yell thank you.

I'd like to start off with saying I eat here every other weekend, I order the same thing (chicken & waffles) and I return because it was a good product. However this past Saturday and $25 later I had a bad experience and no ownership was issued by the kitchen manager that pushed the food out. , the food came out pretty quick even though I expressed that I'd like everything fresh.
What I received were chicken tenders that had been cut in half as smaller portions and pre cooked as if the chicken had been sitting. I did politely ask to speak with the manager, explained what I received was not up to the standard of what I always order. I was told "the portion, quality I received is what we serve and was reluctant to make it right. Didn't offer to remake and stood his ground. My point I paid, I sent back on a plate half eaten food yet paid full price. I never wanted anything given to me but the quality of food that I was use too. Some managers forget you are the front for the business there to make it do well. Your customers account for dollars, which include your salary. Customer service is a pillar of any business, unfortunately something only an owner can understand. I promise this would not had been the owners approach. The quality of food on Parsons is not the same. BTW we all have options and w/competitors, and I drove all the way from Bexley to downtown, The New Katalinas may had been a better choice. I came with guest because I bragged about Hang Over EASY, I wish I could post pictures because that would tell it all. THANK GOD FOR REVIEWS. I will be that one that doesn't have to return. Too bad
