Wow great food and service. We just happened to drive by and decided to stop. Wow what a wonderful experience

Needs to either update website or something about their open times. Drove 20 min to eat there and was closed when it said they were open.

The food and the atmosphere were amazing, went on December 4th which was a Wednesday. It wasn’t packed which was nice and everyone seemed to be enjoying their dining experience. However our server Courtney while it didn’t seem so busy, wasn’t very attentive to our table. My first drink took a while to get there and then she hadn’t even came to check on us or take our dinner order until after we had finished our appetizers. I thought It was strange at one point I saw her leaving the kitchen area with a coat. And then that’s when we didn’t see her for a while. And then at the end of our meal she said she couldn’t “find a desert menu” which I thought was weird. So she told us what they were but we decided to not get anything. Will return to eat, hoping to get a different server.

Popped into the lounge for drinks with a small group. The atmosphere was excellent and the table service was top notch.

Unfortunately I can't give this place 5 stars because they employ a shady practice that's becoming all too common at the upscale restaurants around town. Upon receiving the bill there were 2 additional percentage charges added on (not including tax or tip). One was a culinary fee (we didn't even order food) the other was an acronym that had no explanation. There's no reasonable excuse for adding hidden fees to the bill. You're simply lying about your prices.

Beautiful restaurant, great service, you can tell everyone who works here wants to do a great job and for guests to have a nice experience. Food was delicious and we ordered apps, entrees, and dessert. I was here with a group of girlfriends but can’t wait to return with my husband sometime. Also I really enjoyed the cod! And just use the valet instead of bothering with the garages

Exceptional all around! Very impressed by the top notch service and very much enjoyed the colorful, relaxed and retro atmosphere. Hands down the plumpest oysters and freshest seafood in Columbus! Crisp champagne to complement and a generous menu with gluten free options. The jumbo shrimp cocktail and steamed clams were also fabulous. Incredible flavors while remaining true the dish. Hank’s is sure to become our newest haunt. Perfect spot to cozy up on a chilly winter’s night.

Such a refreshing seafood themed restaurant. The decor is subtle, low lights and white coat waiters. The bread is fresh with lovely salted butter on side. The shrimp cocktail is huge and everything well.portioned. the house salad can feed two as well as the crab soup. Everything was well seasoned. The crab cakes are spot on with a lovely lemon sauce. Just everything is great and look forward to coming bacnk.

Exceptional meal, service and decadent atmosphere. Our party of 9 had a wonderful dinner party and every detail. Our evening
was extremely special and delightful. One of the best seafood meals I’ve ever had in Columbus, OH. Just as good as if the sea was close by.

Parking: It’s easy to Valet. If you prefer street parking plan to use the Park Cbus app or you can also opt to use area parking garages and walk an extra block.

Happy hour prices are the same price and the host and server had a terrible attitude. I wish this was not the case because I really like the food but will probably never go back

We had dinner at Hank's tonight and it was a mixed bag.   The service was good, everything was done in a timely manner.   The food was varied.   We got the Calamari to start which was very good.  Tender, nice breading with a tasty remoulade.   As a main, we got the raw seafood tower.   This is where things went wrong.   The shrimp, both the peel n eat and the cocktail had good texture and flavor.    The mussels and oysters were both very bland and disappointing.   For the price of the tower I expect better value and quality.

We took a chance and got half a dozen of the Connecticut oysters.  Those were much better and had good brine and flavor.

For dessert, we got the key lime pie.   It was good, but was a bit runny.

I really want to like this place. I've spent a lot of time in the low country and love the cuisine. However, my final measure of any establishment is value. For the price point I expect better.
