I purchased a pizza for a female, she claimed this was the only pizza place that deliver to her apartments on the Westside should have stopped right there! A guy named Shawn answered the phone asked for the address to see if they deliver there, I give him the address come to find out it should be way out of their delivery area but no biggie, I give him my new card info exp, 3 digit code he assured me even if they got the receipt no-one could use your card fraudulently, OK! Definitely sounded sketchy, the next day I get fraudulent charges on my card, I call back to the pizza place immediately I'm getting hustled over the phone, I'm told that wouldn't a couldn't happen there and that I should call the police and report it to them, and call your bank you'll get your money back definitely happened and through my investigation I found out the guy Shawn G. was the girls boyfriend so the whole thing was a setup! When I asked to speak to the owner, now Noone knows who the owner is now they can't give out employees names when all I asked for was her manager's name, now she has a contract and it states not allowed to give out employees names someone should tell her there's a huge difference between manager's and employees! But I know she's covering for the guy Shawn that originally took my order! I would advise anyone stay clear of this place! And Definitely don't use your card over the phone! Every employee in there is a scammed even the delivery driver Scott is in on it! ****Customer's beware******

Tried for the first time today about 2 hours ago. Rib tips were rubbery and inedible, pizza was greasy and the green olives had something wrong with them, the wedges were ok but the grease tasted old, the fried chicken wings were actually pretty good but they were pigeon sized wings. Their bbq sauce was horrible. They were out of cookies so they substituted for a brownie which was nice but when asked if it might have nuts they weren't sure... it has reeces pieces on it. 2 hours after eating both my husband and I are nauseous and I'm dry heaving. DONT EAT IT.

Ordered a meal paid for 16.99 paid for a 3.99 upgrade! What did that get you a ton of fries dumped in a box. Absolutely shameful. This place has went so far down hill. Save your money stick to what you know. This place has good recipes, but this location cannot manage following them! (Even the premade stuff that comes out of a plastic. DONT SPENT YOUR MONEY HERE! Lol they won’t respond to complaints either.

Rj and the young lady with the head wrap are extremely unprofessional. Wasted an hour waiting for a pizza that they made wrong twice tote was told I will get a refund when I called to get the refund. RJ was rude and told me that I will have to come back to the store even though I’m in Michigan now and that there’s no way that they can refund me even though the young lady in the hair wrap told me she had refunded my items the day before he refused to let me speak to a manager or anyone higher than him and hung up in my face laughed at me and said oh lady it was Christmas
