Ordered a meal paid for 16.99 paid for a 3.99 upgrade! What did that get you a ton of fries dumped in a box. Absolutely shameful. This place has went so far down hill. Save your money stick to what you know. This place has good recipes, but this location cannot manage following them! (Even the premade stuff that comes out of a plastic. DONT SPENT YOUR MONEY HERE! Lol they won’t respond to complaints either.

Rj and the young lady with the head wrap are extremely unprofessional. Wasted an hour waiting for a pizza that they made wrong twice tote was told I will get a refund when I called to get the refund. RJ was rude and told me that I will have to come back to the store even though I’m in Michigan now and that there’s no way that they can refund me even though the young lady in the hair wrap told me she had refunded my items the day before he refused to let me speak to a manager or anyone higher than him and hung up in my face laughed at me and said oh lady it was Christmas

They used to be good but the last 2 times the pizza has been super thin really salty and nasty. I won't be ordering from them again. My daughter loves pizza but she took 1 bite and said nasty and throw it.

A coworker was nice enough to treat us to Happys Pizza. It’s nice they are open so late for those that work the off shift. It hit the spot on a busy night at work.
I ordered the pizza, wings, and salad for delivery. The wings were okay, but the pizza left a lot to be desired. I thought it was comparable to a frozen pizza from the grocery store, which isn’t necessarily bad, but I expect more with delivery. Overall this is disappointing because there’s some great pizza spots around Columbus, but I won’t be adding this one to my go-to list.

So i have had issues in the past here but this last time was a nightmare. There were people outside doing drugs and others asking for money when i got my food i found hair cooked into the bread. They did replace the hairy bread but i feel like an apology and a refund at least for the cheese bread should have been offered.

Ordered Uber eats for late night pizza. Pretty solid for late night. Very fast delivery. The only downside was the flavored crust. It must be some kind of flavored oil that made the pizza unusually greasy. Definitely pass on the flavored crust. But we'll order again :)
