Just wanted to say the guy who was cooking the food (young, light skinned African American guy, sorry don't know his name) on Saturday 5/17 made the food really fantastic! Please do everything you can to keep him. This store is way better in food and service than the one in Pataskala.

Amazing customer service. The young lady and the gentleman at the window smiled, suggested things on the menu to order, was very pleasant, and my food was hot and fresh. Wow, what a great experience. This was only my second time here I will definitely be back. It’s really hard to find good customer service nowadays. The lady’s name was Jen and the young man that assisted me, his name is Jason. Amazing experience

Fix the building, get the lights working, make it look like it’s open for business, and quit making the shakes BELOW the line. I like Hardee’s but this one REALLY needs some TLC
Pretty decent but could be better. I'd rate it better than Burgerking at least but otherwise it's still just a decent cheap burger.

I got the chicken tenders and a chocolate shake. The girl working the drive-thru was polite and friendly. The shake was delicious but the chicken tenders were burnt somehow.

Hardee’s is absolutely an amazing burger brand. I really like its fresh and juicy Star burgers. I tried their fried chicken tenders here. Their hand-breaded chicken tenders were crispy and juicy, but a little salty. The dipping sauce was decent. The chicken wraps were plain, which were wrapped fried chicken tenders with little cheese and veggies. This store was clean. Service was friendly but a little slow.

The 2nd shift crew is rude. They talk about customers at the drive thru and forget to turn the mic off. The food was cold and not good at all, most went in the garbage. Definitely wouldn't recommend or return!!!
