The food was decent, but it was a bit cold. I went to the lunch buffet, and I had the paneer makhani, the pakora, and what I think was the gobi manchurian, but it didn't have a ton of flavor and the items were not crispy and not seasoned well(very mild). Also, the lunch buffet was $22, which was a bit of a surprise considering that this was lunch, and it seemed on the expensive side. I would go again to give it another shot, perhaps it was an off day.
The food was amazing, there are a few vegan options and I think there are more that are not marked on the menu as such. The Manchurian and the Dal were especially delicious. The dining area was a bit cold and sounds bounced around making the experience not exceptional but perfectly acceptable. The seating was very cozy. Everyone was very helpful and nice, and there was never any confusion about special requests.
I visited the Haveli bistro with my office colleagues when in town for business trip. It’s a nice relaxed Indian place for cozy dinner. Great staff and quick service. The quality and taste of food was great. We ordered drums of heaven, goat pepper roast and chili mushroom. Drums of heaven was dry while other two were perfect wrt Indian taste and spice . We also tried the desserts. royal kulfi falooda was incredible . Bombay beach(carrot pudding with Gulab jamun and ice cream)...
