Chicken was so hard I literally knocked on it. Must have new chef’s because I order the same dish regularly.

Had a recent visit, picked this spot since it was out of the normal strip eateries. It was well worth it!

Totally amazing atmosphere! Food was awesome! Wish I could find a place like this near our home. Family thinking it's worth the 4 hr drive for the great dinner when we want Asain food.

Terrible service, treated my hardworking husband like a dog off the street and not like a paying customer. Husband went for lunch, he order chicken wings that were suppose to be $5.99 but ended up being double the price. My husband asked about it and was told “Oh we gave you the big order of wings”, my husband didn’t make it an issue and paid his bill. Then my husband asked to use the restroom after paying for his order and the lady said no public restroom. My husband was really upset because he’s paying customer and wasn’t allowed to use the restroom. When he got his food there were 2 small, thin napkins in the bag, he asked for some more napkins and the same woman almost refused to give him napkins. I feel like this woman was being racist against my husband, please don’t support this business. There were 2 people behind my husband that actually walked out and told my husband that weren’t ordering their food anymore after witnessing how they treated my husband. Shame on you, hardworking man just trying to a bite to eat for lunch smh. To make matters worse, the food was trash!!!!!! Save your time and money people, best to shop else where

Terrible experience. Placed my order online and when I got there they just hadn’t checked and so I had to wait for them to make the whole order, which made me late to the event the food was for. I would’ve let that go if the food was good, but they didn’t listen to my spice level requests at all and the garlic shrimp dish was just awful tasting. When my partner called in to complain the manager said there was nothing they could do to make it right. This was my first time going there and because of the way the manager spoke to my partner and how gross the food was I will not ever return. I really generally try to not leave bad reviews because I know restaurants have bad days and the woman who gave me the food was very nice, but when you spend $60 for food for a birthday get together that you then end up late for and there is no attempt to make it right I just want to make sure people know not to rely on them

My wife and I tried Helen‘s Asian kitchen out in person after ordering on GrubHub a few weeks ago. We were thoroughly impressed with the very truly authentic Chinese food. The staff were all friendly, small children were running around laughing and playing, so you know it is a family-run restaurant. Would happily spend my money here, time and time again! 10/10 would recommend!

This is a great little restaurant. It’s a quiet and relaxing place to eat inside and the food is really fresh and delicious! It’s really affordable too :-)

The waitress/cook/hostess was the only person in there but me. She was an attentive server. As far as cook. Everything was terrible. The dumplings were clearly frozen then transferred to a cold sauce(before she said that’s what she did I already knew). Microwaved dumplings, then I got my main dish, the amount of salt in the onions and peppers in my pork dish was insane. As a good server she saw I didn’t like my meal, told her why and she said she’d cook it over…she didn’t. She just tried to rinse the vegs and brought me the same overly salted plate. When I say overly salted I mean you could still see the crystals of the salt in every aspect of the dish. She’s a server. Whoever cooks there should be there. This was 6:30 pm on a Thursday. Dinner hours.

Absolutely shocked at how good the food was, not your average spot. Very nice inside and lots of options you don't see too often. Turnip pancakes were a first for me and I loved it!

What happened to the Mala String Beans? Used to be full of fresh, delicious flavor. Now tastes like a gallon of soy sauce and fry oil that hasn't been changed in a year. Same with the lo mein. Asked for extra spicy, which was listed as an option. Was very mild. Won't be back.

The absolute BEST Asian food i have ever had in Ohio! Non descript, hole in the wall place. Interior is beautiful. The food was SUPERB! It was FANTASTIC! Drinks are canned and expensive. Food was expensive but absolutely WORTH EVERY PENNY!

This is by far the best Chinese restaurant I go to eat at in Columbus. The flavors are always amazing and my only issue is I want to order twice as many dishes than I can eat every time I get dinner here.

Very bad food quality and they are very stingy with vegetables . I will not recommend this place
