A great south end family owned and operated neighborhood bar with a wide selection of drinks including cocktails, drafts, and a variety of bottles and cans. All are a dollar off during happy hour. I'm glad they brought in Philgeddaboutit to run the kitchen; finally, someone that provides "bar food"! Friendly bartenders, but sometimes service can be a bit slow. If you visit, know you must order everything at the bar, there's no table service.Pros: It's 300 feet from my house.Cons: It's 300 feet from my house.

Fun little local dive bar with the BEST sauerkraut balls. Highly recommend the jalapeño ones, great amount of bite. Other food options are good as well, classic greasy bar food at reasonable prices.

Nice bar with a generous amount of seating. They did seem to be understaffed, which I know is an issue at many establishments. Our waitress didn't write down our order, which is ok if you can remember it but unfortunately she didn't. My friends order was not correct. Her burger was really pink, when she requested it to be well done. Mistakes happen. We weren't angry. It was only upsetting when we couldn't even get our waitresses attention to rectify the situation. Even after getting the burger the 2nd time, it still wasn't prepared correctly.My burger was excellent and we both loved the house made chips.I'd definitely give this place another chance.
