HIBACHI BENTO CLEVELAND AVE

So I am 30 years old and I have been living in the Linden community for primarily all of my life, and I have to say that this restaurant is something that the Linden community hasn’t really seen before. It has a lot of variety of options of food ranging from seafood to a little bit of soul food and a little bit of Asian. I just overall appreciate the variety. The prices aren’t too horrible The staff they’re pretty nice and yeah, it’s just all in one type of place that you can get a variety of food at in the community, which I appreciate it and the food is scrumptious!

I really wanted to give a good review of this place because the people were really kind and the restaurant was nice and clean. Plus, the food came with soup. But the main thing I came for was the hibachi and it let me down. Very under seasoned food I went home and seasoned it myself & the rice isn’t really fried rice, plus the Yum Yum sauce is very watered down and overly sweet. Some restaurants thin the Yum Yum sauce out to save money. The Soup was good and the food was freshly made. Unfortunately I will not be returning.

Everytime we come here it’s great service and hot food , you can’t beat the prices and taste

We love this place and the lady at the front desk always puts a smile on our faces . Best thing to happen to this area food wise in a long time

I eat here and this was probably the worst hibachi I ever had. Overcooked and terrible flavor.

Absolutely Disgusting...
I was already skeptical about the location, I had a crazy craving for Hibachi, my main spot Fujiyama stop taking seating at 8:30pm... wish I knew that before I drove there.
Anyways, my Wife seen Hibachi Bento was open until 1030pm. 1st time for everything an absolute Last....
Water logged steamed vegetables like damn yall didn't even try to cook them on an open fire... rice has a nasty flavor not cooked Hibachi style at all... yum yum sauce water logged as well pail with no flavor.
Never Going Back 🤮

It's nothing special. The meat and vegetables were just OK, and both the noodles and rice somehow had almost zero flavor, so I had to dump all the sauce I had on them to make up for it. At least the quantity is a lot.

Terrible compared to hibachi express I’m not sure who doing these reviews but this food was nasty I’m mad I didn’t get hibachi express and this place expensive!!

1st time did not want to go to Easton area or High st because traffic in area. So, looked up Hibachi found this one. Wow I will say this that everything was great. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is because meat servings are small & pictures shoe large on website. So, pay or ask for extra. Was trying to do 4.5 ? but I never figured out how on cell ?

The cashier was patient as we looked over menu and ordered. The food was ready in a timely manner and packaged well for carry out. Good portions for the food too! It was the most colorful hibachi entree I have had, with the most variety of veggies than the few other places I have tried. And it came with some noodles and soup!!! We will be going back!
