It was Valentine's Day, and City Barbecue was about to close because they didn't have enough food. Wow!My daughter wanted to go there but that wasn't happening. I mentioned Hibachi Express, and she was fine with it.We ordered the food, and it took a while, but it was ok because it gave me and my daughter time to talk.They are usually prompt with the food.My daughter was very pleased with her shrimp and salmon ? and I was good with my chicken and shrimp.
Just average hibachi, nothing great about it. Customer service is lacking. Young girl took my order, asked, with the intention of paying, for extra yum yum and extra teriyaki sauce. She didn't put either in my bag so when I requested it be added to my to go bag, an older lady got grabby with my receipt, pulled up my order and saw that I did in fact order extra yum yum and paid for it and ordered extra teriyaki but the young girl had not charged me for this. I left a $5 tip...
Ordered takeout online, had the steak, veggies, chicken and fried rice meal. Had crab ragoon on the side. Everything was delicious, the best crab ragoon I've had in a long time. Wonderful, quick service. The staff was so polite. I will def go back and bring a friend.
