Honey Baked Ham Holiday Express

It was awesome!! But very expensive!!

We placed an order for pickup and prepaid 2 weeks ago to get our family a meal for Thanksgiving. We showed up 3 hours early to pick up our meal and they tell us they sold it to someone else. They had no solution for us other than to give us enough desserts to cover what we paid for our meal with no other compensation for putting us out last minute making us have to try to find meals last minute for our family. We declined the offer because who really need $50 worth of dessert?! Then a few hours later we got an email saying our order was completed and successfully picked up. We called them and they would not pickup the phone. Called corporate customer service and was on a long hold and couldn’t even talk to anyone.

if you order a ham ahead of time, don't expect to be able to get it. I ordered a ham from them for Thanksgiving and when I went to pick it up they said it was completely out of stock after I had already prepaid for it. then I was in a scramble trying to find a ham at Kroger because the ham I already bought and paid for at Honey baked Ham company was already sold. Definitely not a good way to run a business.

22 bucks for 3 sandwich 's but worth it!!
