Stopped by the Honey Baked Ham in Polaris to pick up some sandwiches. The young lady who was helping us place our order seemed to be new and she was kind. Since she was new it seemed she asked for assistance and it seemed like the woman who helped her was bothered with her asking for help. It took some time to get the order correct. After receiving our order and making it home we noticed that only one of the three the sandwiches was labeled. The following sandwiches were purchased 2 of the Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwiches and one of the Roasted Turkey Classic sandwiches. One of the Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwiches did not have all the same ingredients on it as the other sandwich. There were no request for changes in the toppings for the Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich. The bacon and the red onions were missing from the sandwich. My sandwich the Roasted Turkey Classic sandwich was on a croissant which is not how I have gotten the sandwhich before and it is not pictured on a croissant online. Furthermore, we also purchased some of the $11 small container of broccoli salad that did not taste the same as we have had before. It was a bit of a surprise that this entire order all came to $50.

You know it’s sad that you can no longer CALL ON THE PHONE and place an order. All you businesses need to understand that not ALL people do ON LINE SHOPPING

I had the honey baked sandwich and it was absolutely delicious. I’ve been to this location a few times and EVERYONE is extremely nice. Some of the best customer service I’ve had in a very long time.

Decided to try them for lunch. The guy who was on break when we first got there was phenomenal. He came from break, told us he could assist us, washed his hands, and got straight to work. He showed patience, made a few suggestions that we tried, and he went to work preparing our orders and others. The other two employees there weren’t as supportive. It shows they usually take orders without knowing the menu. The kiddo decided this was an excellent lunch for school, so we ordered extra. The other guy didn’t attempt to support us with the menu packages, the other guy walked up, and made suggestions that aligned with our purchase. If it wasn’t for him, we probably wouldn’t have ordered twice in one day, signed up for the rewards program, and decided to use them for school lunch options. I didn’t get his name. He’s the tall guy that worked today around 3:15 PM

Mrs. Patel is an ignorant, rude woman. I paid for a Tavern Club. I called back to ) she hung up because she didn't want to hear the truth. One partial slice of ham and no bacon. Not typical of this company's standards. I'm close to 50 you can't teach me manners. Rude equals rude, not voicing co n cern. RIP OFF!

This location is great - I have been going here for many years. Even during one of the busiest days of the year (the day before Christmas) when I expected a long wait, the staff were working hard to serve people quickly and efficiently. The customer just ahead of me was very rude and disrespectful and tried to complain about being in line for over a half hour, when he had walked in at the same time as me and we were in line for less than 10 minutes. The staff and later the owner still gave him excellent customer service and tried to resolve his (false) complaint. They are always so friendly and hospitable.Today, as usual, all of my guests raved about how good the ham was. We have also purchased side dishes in the past which were delicious as well. I will be returning to this location each year for our Christmas meal!

I have been buying Honeybaked hams for many years. Have been very satisfied. However, since in recent years I am not permitted to look at the ham before purchasing, I will not buy another one.The ham I purchased for Thanksgiving was awful! Mostly fat and couldn’t serve nice slices. After spending $126, I will not purchase another one until I am permitted to look at it first.
