Love their burritos! Better than the competition. They've been closed for the past couple of weeks and I'm getting a little concerned. The next closest one is about 6 miles away. I surely hope they reopen!

I live this place! It's quick & easy. It's your own fault if you do not like what you get - you literally select what you want on your burrito or in your bowl.

Ordered at 7:25 when they close at 8pm. Website let me set my pick up time for 8:05 for some reason so I thought they closed later. I got there at 8:02 doors were locks so I call and they didn’t make my order and told me that their machine turns off at 7:30 so they didn’t get it. Even though I had told them I ordered before that. Drove all the way across town.

The employees were nice and helpful. I have never been to Hot Head Burritos. It was very good and would definitely go back.
The burrito bowl hit the spot! I'm am out-of-towner and I stopped in to grab a bite. I grade a Mexican restaurant by their salsa. I would say this place is on the same tier as QDoba and Chipotle. For the sauce and salsa options, I would place ahead of the others in this tier. I can go sweet or make it a burner. This place has a fresh salsa that has a nice flavor.

Nice option among the "fast Mexican" choices. Employees were very patient and nice as they both dealt with a bunch of 'to go' orders at dinnertime during this virus scare. They usually have good promotions, which keeps me going back, even though it is a little out of the way.

I ordered a chicken burrito for pick up. When I got to the store I was quickly given my order and I didnt inspect it until I was halfway back to work. The burrito was flat, like a quesadilla, which was odd. But I took my first few bites. Half of the burrito was gone before I realized there was no chicken at all. I paid for a meatless burrito... there is no reporting system and I didnt have time to go back. So despite my previous good experiences this has soured me on the location.

It's very similar to Chipotle, with the exceptions of having a variety of sauces and the burrito is cold. A burrito that's 75% wrap, with a little bit of meat, beans and cheese costs $8. You can add onions and peppers for the same price. It's a sad looking, over priced, poor excuse of a burrito. Fill the god damn wrap. It's what customers pay for.
